The website was easy to navigate and easy to find what I was after.
It didn't take long to receive the kit for obtaining a sample, and it came with everything I needed (syringe with plastic tube, plastic container ready to be shipped back).
The plastic container is compliant with Royal Mail shipping policies, so it made it very easy to send it back.
Timings will vary for you, I didn't have to wait too long before I received the report back.
I did have a query about the report, called the customer service and I was explained everything in detail, really pleased as cleared any doubts that I had.

Just had an interesting conversation via live chat with Emma. Told her I needed lab testing for contaminated diesel that has been water contaminated and potentially diesel bug contaminated. She told me the silver package would test for that costing £110 + VAT (£135).
I asked if the results can be used as evidence in court... she said no and tried to end the conversation. I asked if the lab results were accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. She wouldn't answer and continued to try and end the conversation. I asked the same question again while asking for a simple yes or no, and she STILL avoided the question by saying they won't stand by their results in court. I asked the same question a 3rd time and again no reasonable response. She said "your asking too many questions. Look how complicated it already is without going to court"
I asked how they justified charging such an extortionate price for lab testing if you dont support the results.
Her response was "we help people, not upset customers".
Customer service is shocking. Lab results aren't worth the paper they're written on. If they have zero confidence in their results as concrete evidence in court then can they really be trusted in ANY other situation!

Google said they were accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 which is why I approached them in the first place. ISO/IEC 17025 is the legal requirement for sufficient lab tested evidence. Either Google ai is wrong, or they have lied at some point.
They are a complete scam, 1 star is being way too generous.

Ordered an oil test for an M4 for peace of mind, results came back within a week!
The oil guide provided with the test results was very useful but I decided to call to get an opinion on the results. Jay was very insightful and actually I learned a lot about oil specifics that I wouldn't have known even being in the motorsport trade. So a huge thank you to Jay for giving me the time of day to explain their findings!

Went for the Platinum Motor Oil analysis. Wonderful service, - Emma is World Class at customer support. The analysis is informative and the staff are very helpful to give any insight should there be any needed. Highly recommended!

With past experiences from other oil analysis companies being extremely poor and frustrating, waiting weeks for a report to eventually turn up, I had to look for an alternative company. These guys pulled it out the bag for me in less than 4 days.
I have used this company for the last 12 months, sending in excess of 20 oil samples. The Lab always come back to me within their allotted time frame. With clear and user friendly reports the customers can understand the reports with ease.

Comprehensive oil analysis with a reliable service. Been using the oil lab for a few years now no problems at all. Kits are easy to use and results take a week.

Good to get expert analysis on oil from my relatively high performance engine.
Slightly longer getting the results than anticipated and initially unable to read the report on my iPhone.
That was quickly resolved, out of office hours though.

Super service and quick response times.

Very helpful if you need to ask any questions. Asked a couple of questions by email when I got my results through and they followed up with a call providing a more detailed explanation.

The test service is prompt and the reporting is precise.

Help and support to make sure you are ordering the correct kit and it arrived the next day. Simple easy to understand instructions to take the sample and easy to send away. The results came back with in a couple of days with an easy to understand explanation of findings.
