The ordering was easy shipping came quick and the piece is absolutly beautiful.

Looked at the jewelry for several months before I purchased my children’s names on sterling silver beads. Very happy with my purchase.

When you buy a gift for someone and you expect it at a certain time, the let down when it is delayed is huge. Unacceptable to screw up big days like mothers day. Don't lie about your ability to provide a service in a given time. Likely I would have went to a competitor had you not promised delivery within the timeframe described.

My purchase arrived almost a week earlier than anticipated. The necklace was perfect! 3 names plus 2 small diamonds. It looked awesome. Then for a reasonable price I added a pair of flower earrings.

Absolutely stunning necklace. The company is wonderful. They sent an email with a preview of the necklace completed before shipping it out. Great experience! Definitely recommend.

I feel the necklace I bought, the weighted beads, was rather on the flimsy side. The beads are so small you can not see the names engraved on them. Also, the clasp on the necklace is cheap. I need to go to a jeweler and have a lobster claw put in it. The chain itself is also very thin and flimsy.
Actually would like to know what your return process is please. Definitely don’t feel this is worth the money.

Terrible customer service. Actually, make that no customer service at all. I paid $15 for express shipping and had in writing it would arrive before Mother’s Day, either 5/7/2026 or 5/8/2026. I did not have it on 5/9/2026 so I contacted customer service, which was AI. The response from AI was sorry your order is delayed,someone would be in touch with 24 hours, and I would receive a $15 off my next order. Mother’s Day, 5/10/2026 came and I used the email address from the ridiculous response and , again, was told a live person would be in touch with 24 hours. I had no present for our big Mother’s Day celebration. Package finally arrived Monday afternoon on 5/11/2026. It is now 10:00 pm and over 48 hour past my first email and over 24 hours past my second email and no reply as promised within 24 hours for either email and I’ve been charged express shipping. I might dispute the entire charge and return the necklace since it was not delivered as promised and I never should have dealt with a company that won’t provide a phone number or provide access to a live person. Lesson learned the hard way.

Outside of a shipping snafu that lead to the gift being delivered late, the product, the customer service, and shopping experience as a whole were spectacular.

The quality for the price point is spot on and the bracelet is very nice. I purchased it for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day and she LOVED it! I’m glad I took a chance on Theo Grace

I ordered a necklace for my daughter in Silver with her 2 daughters names and birthstones and her 2 children's names and birthstone. The necklace was absolutely gorgeous and she loved it. And to add, I ordered the same necklace for her 2 years ago, since then we had an addition to the family and she wanted the same necklace with the addition. It was lovely. I will definitely order again. By the way, the first time I ordered the company was MYKA now Theo Grace. I had a hard time finding you because I wanted the same necklace. Great job!!!
