Great options in personalization, Such cute bags
I love how I was able to design the nurses. I ordered 1 for a friend and myself. The characters looked just like us. There are so many hair styles and colors, eye colors, and skin tones, and uniform colors to chose from. Such a fun bag to customize and they didn't take very long to arrive. Im buying another one for a soon to be nurse.

Incorrect Fabric
I paid extra for the leather and I received a nylon material.
The graphics and character are perfect. Outside of the material, it’s exactly as I ordered.

Hi Mark,
First of all, we sincerely apologize for your unpleasant experience with TheNursera — especially since you received a different material than what you expected. We completely understand how disappointing that must feel.
At the same time, thank you so much for your kind words about the graphics and character. We’re glad to hear you loved that part of your order.
Please take a moment to check your email (myblueoval67@yahoo.com). We sent you a message on September 11 with more details and a proposed solution that we hope will make things right.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Our priority is to ensure you receive a product you’re truly happy with.
We look forward to your reply.💚

Wrong delivery information
My order was supposedly delivered by UPS last Saturday according to their tracking. It’s been 3 days and I am still waiting. Now they’re sending me another tracking number. I hope this product is worth the wait and hassle.

Risposta di TheNursera
Hi Emmanuel,
First of all, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you’ve had with your order from TheNursera — especially for the confusion and frustration caused by the delivery information.
Please take a moment to check your email (samdjbella@icloud.com). We sent you a message on September 3, the same day you contacted us with updated details. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, as the UPS tracking number you received does not appear to be connected to your order with us. It may be from another shop or company where you placed an order, so we’d greatly appreciate it if you could kindly double-check.😊
In addition, our records show that your order with us was delivered on September 5. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please check your email at your convenience, and we look forward to your reply.
