Had a very bumpy year last year, which resulted in a failed transaction with another broker. Conor took over and despite feeling like we’d have a hard task ahead, he managed to get us on an ideal rate and at a 5 year fix in a house we’re over the moon to be buying.
Highly appreciative of his patience and answering the many questions and concerns I had. Whilst also ensuring a meticulous approach, setting clear time frames, and making the whole process seamless.

Laurence has been successfully managing my portfolio for years and he is currently assisting me with a new buy to let purchase. Absolutely fabulous!
I have been working closely with Conor and Debbie for a couple of months on purchasing my first home and they have been a huge support.
The mortgage application process was a little complicated due to my circumstances but Conor helped me navigate and understand everything and supported me throughout the whole process!
Debbie helped find me with the right life insurance policy for me and explained everything perfectly.
Would highly recommend the team, they have been fabulous!

Conor at the Lytle Group has been…
Conor at the Lytle Group has been excellent in helping me and my partner secure our first mortgage.
It was not a straight forward mortgage application due to our situation, but Conor’s diligence and advice was invaluable in breaking down the options available to us. His advice and recommendation of a guarantor mortgage has enabled us to get our first flat and we are very happy.
Conor has also been excellent at answering any queries we have had and explaining all the technical terminology surrounding our mortgage.
Would highly recommend.

Found through recommendation
I found the Lytle Group through recommendation....and I am so pleased we did!
After finding ourselves confused about where to go or who to contact about a mortgage, I was told to speak with Laurence at The Lytle Group as he had recently secured a mortgage for a family friend who had a very positive experience.
As First Time Buyers he took the time to talk us though the process and the options available to my husband and I, there was no pressure and he was extremely informative with regards to our options and the best offers available to us. The communication throughout the application was excellent and the process efficient and hassle free.
I would highly recommend the services of this business and of Laurence in particular if you are wanting a seamless service with an expert in their field.

First time buyer

Friendly and professional
We recently purchased our first family home and we were recommend Conor at the lytle group.
From start to finish we knew exactly what our options were, and felt comfortable and happy throughout the process.
Conor was professional and friendly even with all of my questions and complications (and there were a lot!)
