Amended: Won a prize, emailed to collect it and never received a speedy response. Prize has arrived today after placing this review and its utter tack. A silver plated necklace- don’t advertise luxury without giving it as a prize. Yes I’ve gone back and read the small print of not every prize is luxury, but reading other reviews this is a money maker and luxury is far and few between!

I won a mystery prize which I had to chase up a few times. I had no idea what it was but was excited to receive it. I actually got a note through the door from Royal Mail saying the sender hadn’t paid the delivery on the item. Alongside the money I paid for tickets, I then had to pay for the delivery! I received a necklace and tbh I can’t really tell if it’s authentic. It maybe is but the communication wasn’t what I expected. There was just a small box in a post bag so not very luxurious. I get it’s a mystery but not the best experience had!

This competition site is a scam. I was one of the winners of one of their competitions and their original post listed lots of desirable prizes like Chanel perfume and adidas trainers but all I received was a cheap and nasty flannel and hair clip. I also checked in with other friends who had won competitions with them and they also won things like a cheap hair now and cheap earrings. Seems nobody wins the actual good prizes offered. Word of warning - do not waste your time!

I played few times and I won a beautiful bracelet. I don’t know how much is worth but is very cute 🥰

I've entered quite a few giveaways from this company, I've won two 50% off codes and I won a mystery prize from one of their free competitions on the website. I claimed it about 2 and a half weeks ago and it only came today. I contacted them last week and they said they would let me know of the tracking which they didn't but I got an email from evri with the details. I received the item today and thought it would be something exciting as lots of the winners on their page have won luxury items but turns out it was some off-white camellia hair tie from China.

Very disappointed - luckily I didn't pay to enter and won on a free giveaway on their instagram page however I'd be very careful if you're thinkinf of paying for tickets into a raffle... As a company that prides themselves on giving away luxury items I won a pair of what look like cheap unbranded earrings that were not in their original packaging (screams hygiene issues) so I am unable to wear them. They post misleading posts on their instagram making you think you will win all of the prizes shown in the photo.
After I sent them a message to point out the misleading nature of their posts it seems they have now changed their wording stating that you will only win one prize.

Won a mystery prize and it can’t within the week. Couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened it and saw the famous Swarovski emblem!! It’s gorgeous, thanks so much my daughter has taken claim to it x

I have no idea where all the fake reviews came from.
I’ve brought so many tickets worth a lot and no win each time. Only one time I said I got a win which was a 40% off coupon! For what? That’s not a win. So all of the reviews about winning stuff every time like actual items is a lie

They are not listing the amount of tickets sold/available on their website so there is no way to calculate your odds. Customer service says they are technically not able to do this which is laughable as I don’t know a site that can’t do this.
