Asked for a review of my order of packing cubes, when I ordered a Hip Bag!

Wrong hip bag received, reached out to customer service, no reply!

Totally disappointing first order and will now be the last purchase from this company.

If you can't get it right or at least respond to customers when they reach out for help when mistakes are made, don't ask for feedback or expect a returning customer!

These packing cubes are a game changer. Were a family of travellers and I’ve bought them as gifts for everyone

Cíub are well made and have a great colour selection. They are perfect for travel on short trips to keep to maximum limits, and for all travel to keep things tidy and organized. I bought them for my self but have since bought gifts for all the family. I love them.

Very good quality product, efficient delivery and good communication

I just love these packing cubes. I have bought 4 sets and plan on getting more. They are excellent gifts for friends. A great way to introduce smart packing to everyone. I have also put them to use by packing away seasonal clothes to allow more wardrobe space. A new range is coming out in the new year and I’m looking forward to getting more.

The packing cubes are sturdy and look good. The size distribution in the pack works well, but I would be careful about putting shoes with heels or walking boots in the shoe bag. The compression works well too.
The ordering process is straightforward and the delivery was completed in just under a week which was a pleasant surprise.

Great product worth buying

These packing cubes are brilliant. Sturdy and strong zips. You can pack so much into each one. The different sizes are great as you can split up your clothes between them. We ordered one set to try them and ordered a second set straight away.

The Ciúb are just what I ordered and beautifully made with durable materials. I have two big trips coming up and was looking for a way to keep myself organized while on the road, and these absoutely fit the bill. When I ordered them, they were here literally within a couple of days at no extra charge. These may be my new 'go to' for gifts for my friends who already have everything. They don't have these!

Bought these and when I used for the first time two of the zips broke. When I messaged the company they replied with the following information Thank you for your message. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your packing cube.

We would like to clarify that our lifetime guarantee covers fabric tears and stitching issues, but does not cover zip breakages, which can result from normal use, overfilling, or general wear. This is clearly outlined on our guarantee page. I used the Thule cubes for a number of years and have never had issues with the zips. I should have stuck with this brand!

Excellent makes packing so much easier and good quality
