Amazing site with great prices and great customer service

Brilliant! I've just purchased 2000 points worth of knights from The Loot Room.. GW's retail £250 on the nose.. Loot Room... £167.00 including postage.. Saved £83.00 in total minus £10 membership so an actual saving of £73.00... Cheapest i found the same models anywhere else still came to a minimum £210 without postage... Be crazy not to subscribe at those prices!!
Oh and it was at my house with in 32 hours... Absolutely stellar service

An amazing shop, great prices, friendly design/layout with all information clearly shown as you shop/buy. Normally I don't write reviews, but the customer service that The Loot Room provides is above and beyond any other store I've shopped with this year and deserves to be known.
They are happy to solve any problems through email or talk or offer rapid help through Facebook messenger, as well as socialise and generally be awesome people in the process. In my latest order a few items were out of stock, so when I asked them later how stock was looking they were happy to actively contact their suppliers and within minutes were back to me with their best information on when everything would be arriving/what options I had to accelerate the process.
Unlike many other subscription services, The Loot Room don't lock you to your monthly pledge and are happy to have you subscribe/unsubscribe on the click of a single button. Combined with the unbeatable deals and best customer service in the whole business, I know I will not be stopping shopping from them for years to come, and I highly recommend this store to anyone reading this review!

(For reference, I have only bought GW products, and so this review only pertains to my experience with their particular product lines)

So, my experience with The Loot Room has, in its first few months since starting up, been flawless - my Indomitus order was handled very well, as were my orders before and after. Their stock is extensive, their service is brilliant, and it’s almost impossible to argue with their prices. Almost.

The discounts they give (30% off mostly, some are a little less and some are even 1 or 2%more) are genuinely the best you’ll find, and they extend beyond just the products that other third-parties typically stock at a discount (although I did fail to find the GW Blight-Hauler kit when I went to order some a week or so ago, but one kit in a sea of thousands is not the end of the world, and most people seem to be in agreement that the ETB kits are on their way out, which may explain the absence) but the subscription price tag is high if you’re not a relatively large spender. £10 a month, £120 a year, means that if you were to buy at GW prices you’d be saving money once you spent over £400 (not counting shipping costs, of which GW’s can be free if ordering to store/ordering enough in one go, whilst The Loot Room and other competitors do charge, although it is not much and these are far smaller companies!) which you’d assume many hobbyists may well do (one of the new battleboxes that are released every few months, a Christmas battleforce, and some new releases can easily add up) but if you bought at the next cheapest price point (25% off) you’d need to spend over £2400 to justify the subscription, which many hobbyists (myself included) won’t reach.

As a result, I can only really recommend The Loot Room long-term to particularly high spenders, and would unfortunately have to suggest that anyone who is not would be better served by purchasing the subscription only for a month and bulk buying to take advantage of the discount, unless they wish to buy some of GW’s online order stock in which case there is nowhere better!

This is a real shame to me, as I do genuinely appreciate the idea the guys at The Loot Room are doing and do hope their service thrives and will continue to use them myself, but do think it is important that people know that their subscription service is not for ALL hobbyists ALL of the time.

Very friendly service that goes above and beyond. The prices available are by far the best out there and they offer a wide range of products from various companies. They managed the whole Indomitus release dilemma really well and is well worth signing up for their membership to get access to their savings. cannot recommend The Loot Room enough!

Talk about customer service! They keep you informed weekly about your order and looked after their members when the whole scalpergate happened with indomitus!!! Discounts are great and shipping is super fast. Any issues just an email away with no quibbles!!!!!
