I submitted multiple order numbers as evidence that my review is genuine. As my review says, the issue is with items that are listed as "available for backorder" not items that are in stock. Two of the order numbers I submitted were for recent orders that I waited over three weeks for dispatch before cancelling one completely, and cancelling all the back order items off another so it would be sent out. And these aren't the first orders I have had this issue with.

My other issue is the spammy emails demanding reviews, which I am still getting, despite having posted this lovely review for you!

All items for #115109 & #115358 were in stock on the supplier website for the whole period, and I had no issues purchasing them elsewhere.

Ordering anything that isn't already in stock means waiting for weeks, and in pretty much every case so far, ultimately cancelling the orders and buying elsewhere.

And then you get bombarded with emails asking for reviews, which can't be unsubscribed from. So here is the review you wanted so badly.

Order was dispatched quickly, great service and I can rely on them to get me models an materials on time.

I've been with this side of the company now since they launched.

Paying the 9.99 a month works out if like me you're ordering every month as you aren't ashamed of the pile of shame.

Stuff is and can be out of stock however usually pretty quick with the back order.

I've interacted a few times with the customer care team due to my own errors and even one time due to a website failure which double ordered, however always quick and easy to rectify.
