DON’T USE THEM AT ALL.
I ordered a pair of trousers that didn’t fit me. I paid for the delivery £3.99.
I contacted them to initiate the return process and I paid £5,50 for the postage.
After I contacted them to notify that I have sent the item back, I found out that they won’t refund me the delivery fees that I paid, nor the shipping fees for the return. They also mentioned that they are not a big brand to offer this kind of service (ie free return etc) and they are still growing. I can’t see how they try to grow disappointing customers.
A total loss of £9,49 just to try something.

Absolute scam! Shocking shipping updates and invalid tracking number. Wish I would have looked at reviews before ordering from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a coat for £80 and it looked nothing like the image displayed on the website, the quality was shocking. ALL ITEMS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE COPIES. They mark everything down as having a discount which means you can then no longer return your item for a refund, they give you store credit only.

I decided to buy from their website cos a friend got a dress from them that was really nice. My order arrived this morning and I was not disappointed at all, really happy with my dress it’s stunning. Delivery was ok, could of been a little quicker but I do know we’ve had strikes so it’s ok.

I can’t explain how much I love my dress!!! Absolutely insane and the material is so nice. Can’t wait to buy a few more things after Christmas

Incredibly happy with order. I bought one of their wool coats and it’s fantastic. Quality is great and I’m really happy. Would happily recommend and purchase again.

They unlawfully do not have a refund policy and flat out refuse to adhere to UK law and consumer statutory rights.

They ignore all complaints regarding their refund policy, and will not give you your money back even when trading standards are involved.

They practice drop shipping, and don’t even check the quality of clothes sent to you. They just order from Ali express on your behalf, and unreasonably mark up the price.

Avoid at all costs.

Don't make the same mistake I did. I purchased a bag and they sent me the wrong color. They said they would reimburse me for shipping if I returned and they will send me the correct color. Well, I returned the bag and paid a hefty price for return shipping. They replaced the bag, but it was the wrong color for the second time and refused to reimburse me for my shipping. They must hire color blind workers. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They make the mistake and don't keep their word. Buyer beware!!!!

The customer service person I spoke to was awesome and managed to locate my order, which I thought was lost, but they got their hands on it and it arrived today. 5 stars well deserved

Got a great surprise this morning when I open my package, I was a little apprehensive because of all the reviews, but I can honestly say that I am so happy with what I received. Absolutely love the dress a lot better than expected, and I would be happy to shop here again.

I bought a coat on clearance that is small and of poor quality. They claim they can't take return and refund. Its illegal to refuse return and refund under the Distance Selling Regulations. I am going to complain to Klarna, PayPal, Trading Standarts, Evry and any other service companies they are currently involved with. They cant just dump their products on customers just because its on clearance.

Bought an oversized coat which looked gorgeous in the pic and video from an instagram ad! It arrived quick but it was very thin and poor quality, felt more like a thin jacket so not suitable for winter and not what it looked like online. It’s also very small fitting considering it was supposed to be oversized, and too small for me. I emailed to ask for a refund as I believed that all online purchases are always entitled to 14 day cooling off period and full money back as you can’t see what your purchasing (this is stated on citizen advice website as well as all other consumer advice websites) but they won’t have anything to do with it as it was a sale item and didn’t even reply to my last email - so stuck with an poor quality thin jacket for winter and need to go buy a new coat anyway. Not very good service/ wouldn’t purchase from this website again.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered an oversized coat that was smaller than my normal size 10…… as for the quality I could have woven dog hair and it would have been a better result.
This site is a scam. They won’t return money on ‘sale’ items. Everything is a sale item so you are stuck with a credit note which you dare not spend because they take money from you for shipping when you return their shoddy goods….. reported them to Trading Standards and bombarding them with emails to return my money has so far produced no results but I shall persist.

Ordered an “oversized” item that was tight, terrible quality (literally looks like I made it out of felt from school - single layer and poorly finished) and non refundable because it was a “clearance” item. Looks like it was bought in a street market somewhere. Good reviews must be fake.

Never had an issue with this website and I’ve made quite a few orders lately. All the products have been pretty good and their customer service has also been really quick to answer and very helpful. On the few occasions I needed to return something the whole process was straightforward so I’m actually really happy with the service

Have disputed and argued for months over the quality of my order. Have not received a refund. A lot of these reviews must be fake generated because it does not deserve even 1/5 stars!

It’s a shame I can’t post a photo - I ordered a dress. It turns out the photo advertised was a rip off of a £1K crystal dress with marabou cuffs, and what arrived was a floppy piece of fishing net with zero sparkle and matted dirty off white fake fur cuffs. It was so bad I laughed out loud when I opened it…but as they will not refund anything that’s ‘salé price (ie everything on the site) I’m stuck with it. I also ordered some boots in a size 37 and what arrived was easily a 40, they are enormous. Terrible quality, hugely overpriced, avoid!

I ordered the luxury blazer and it is NOTHING like the photo. It’s a horrible fit, horrible material with cheap pearls sewed all over its photocopied material! I am so disappointed as it looks so beautiful online and I paid full price for this item. It took a very long time to arrive also. I would return it but I have read that they charge for returns and often then refuse the return anyway. I would never order from here again. Cheap, cheap, cheap.

A cheap con artist of a website, they charge you extortion for items that are posted from China, There is no quality control. If you want to lose your money, this is a great place for it. Stay safe people
