Initial problems with their emails to gmail accounts. I have now been contacted with an apology. I have received items in good condition. I would use them again but they need to sort out the email problem. 3.5 stars.

The pewter Jack Daniels zippo is one of the best ones I’ve ever seen. The quality is amazing and the design is truly impressive. Very good service and rather quick delivery as well.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service for this company. I sent email five minutes after placing my order asking to cancel my order due to finding out my brother had already bought same thing for my Dads Christmas. I had no replies after emailing this company several times. The only correspondence I received was few days later staying my item had been despatch. I know it was plenty of notice to cancel my order in time and there was no way they had engraved my item with in five minutes of my order. I have no received a gift that I cannot give to my Dad as he will have to the same apart from the wording on the lighter .The lighter how ever is very nice and nicely engraved. I will not be ordering from this company in future which is shame.

Very poor they have sent the engraving was completely wrong I have emailed the support customer care 4 times and still not had a response. This was a birthday present which the birthday has now come and gone. I will be now sending the item back and want a full refund
