Easy to use website to search for the desired lighter and accessories i.e. engraving, it arrived within two days. Good, secure packaging. I think, given the cost, it would be nice if the fuel were complementary.

Having lusted after a Zippo Armour for some time I finally took the plunge when I saw the one I wanted reduced on The Lighter Shop website.
i have to say I am somewhat disappointed in the product as even new from the box, the lid is very "wobbly" when open, but as this is my first armour, perhaps this is how it should be?
i was concerned when I received no reply to an email to The Lighter shop, but was delighted when it turned up several days before it was due. So, good service (but talk to the customers a little more) and perhaps to Zippo about their hinges?

The lighter came as expected, of high quality, and very quickly. It was for a friend's birthday, and he absolutely loved it! Would recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a personalised zippo lighter for a present for my sons 18th birthday we where so pleased with it exactly what I wanted definitely would buy again from the lightershop beautifully engraved just arrived a day later then expected considering pay the extra but all in all brilliant service and well pleased

Very happy with product and company . Delivered on time . Son loves his black ice lighter although it does really pick up fingerprints but dusters clean it easily . Bought as keepsake rather than everyday use .

Been sending this for days and no reply and no phone number. Customer service is key to any company and should be maintained no matter how busy you are. I guess the next step will be to go to my credit card company.

"Nobody has responded to my previous messages and you do not seem to have a contact number. I would like the tracking number to demonstrate this was in fact dispatched on the 1st.
I work I the online retail industry and send hundreds of royal mail parcels a day so know how good or bad things are. This should have arrived by now. Can I track it please or will need to cancel and refund as it’s a gift for someone.
Bit annoyed nobody is responding as last year you sent me someone else’s order by mistake and I went out of my way to send it on urgently to your customer."

Ordered Zippo lighter. After two weeks the wheel broke.
Tried to contact them by two emails to Sales, one to contact asking to discuss potential issues via a review before posting, once on their website form and calls to their office.
No reply on any of these.
