Stellar customer service and great prices.

Mistakes happen and part of my order was not as I ordered (got non-dimmable LEDs instead of dimmable). Matthew promptly sent me the correct lights right away without any issue.

Kudos to everyone in this company, they really know how to have great prices AND great customer service at the same time, which is not as easy as it sounds! Others should learn from these guys.

Will always be my first port of call for any lighting purchases.

Asked for some brochures and got a whole box load. Fin went well beyond to help me specify the right light bulbs for the various differing specifications and ensured I received some great pricing. The goods arrived quickly. What more could they have done!? Have some BIG projects soon, and whereas would i go?! Very highly recommend!

After a poor customer service experience with ledbulbs.co.uk, I came across The LED Specialist. Their selection is wider, and the prices are at least as good, if not better. Most importantly, the customer service was prompt, friendly, and effective. When I need additional bulbs, I will certainly use this company again.

Fast delivery of niche LED bulb I needed.

My son builds and paints miniature models. I contacted LED Specialist to enquire about daylight bulbs. Fin listened to what was needed & guided me through the different types of bulb. I ordered Philips Signify Master bulbs & a Dimmer. The order was easy & delivery quick. The bulbs are perfect for my son's work space & he can now see the fine details in the models he paints. I started using the LED specialist this year for my customers and my own home and have been very impressed by the quality and service so far. I mainly use their external lighting products but hoping to start using internal lighting in upcoming projects.

This evening the LED specialist went above and beyond expectations as I had accidentally ordered product to come a day later than I needed it. They phoned me straight away to explain what had happened and instead of me having to rearrange my job and let my customer down, Oliver drove to my home and personally delivered the item to me.

I've never experienced customer service like it and this another reason why I will continue to use and recommend them.

Matthew Kilford is an absolute credit to your company. I called for help with a order for around 30 lights. I explained that another supplier was very rude and so I turned to ‘The LED Specialist’. Matthews professional approach diligent attitude and customer services was outstanding. He did exactly as promised, found me the best price, said he would call me in 30 mins and he do so - and he got a quote to me ASAP. It people like this who make a business successful. I’d like the senior management team to recognise and appreciate individuals like Matthew. I’ll be recommending and our interior company will return again and again based on his customer service.

I've used The LED Specialist several times to buy Philips branded lamps as they have the best prices. Delivery is super fast and when I did have an issue on one occasion their customer service was excellent and the issue was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend them!

I ordered a globe bulb from this site but unfortunately it was out of stock. However, Matthew could not have been more helpful even suggesting an alternative. He kept in touch throughout offering excellent customer care. The bulb arrived promptly and looks fabulous. Would I use this provider again? ABSOLUTELY.

I recently purchased 13 LED light bulbs which when delivered by Royal Mail were in a very damaged condition! I emailed them with photos, within an hour I received a phone call from David who was extremely apologetic, even though not his causation, and organised full replacement with a very speedy 24 hour delivery. Great customer service.

Matthew was very thorough and gave me the exact bulbs I was looking for. I was buying a large amount & I had been looking for 2 weeks with no joy and thankfully a very knowledgeable person managed to locate and supply.
