Always working to time, polite and kind staff. Can't thank Thelma any more. My treatment over the last year has had greater results with this treatment than I have had over 10 years.

My face looks worse than my normal skin , so disappointed i paid so much money and they lie about the treatment they all care is money not treatment plz do not pay them at first as you will not get your money back
Plzzzzzzz avoidddd this clinic unprofessional service they are not qualified at all i wasted my £500 for one session and then they refused to give the remaining money .

Please I big you avoid going to this clinic. I been there for my derma pin this was the most horrible experience of my live. The lady called Robica she is working with her husband. Both are the most inexperienced people and just after your money. Please don’t go if you like your skin.

Only money target and do not care for the result!! and now he cancelled my package and told me bcz the prices now are higher..and i didnt understand what is my problem if i bought the package before the crisis situation.. and i lost the money that i have paid!!! Very bad experience with them!!

I highly recommended TLC uxbridge as they have high tech new version technology for laser hair removal and other services they offer. I had session for laser hair removal here and i never experience pain at all, the service i had with Thelma was always excellent everytime i visit here. She knows what she’s doing she is knowlegeable enough to all the service that she’s offering.

Amazing service! Explained the whole procedure very well, and explained about when to expect hair to fall out and when to expect regrowth. It was interesting to hear about the technology behind it as well. And most importantly, she was absolutely lovely and friendly and puts me at ease the whole time!

I've previously had 6 sessions of facial hair removal laser in a place near chancery lane and it barely made a difference. The hair all came back after a couple of months and I gave up on the effectiveness of the process of laser for my skin type (light brown skin, coarse black hair, indian). After feeling growingly insecure about the hair on my face, I decided to try again a few years later with TLC in Uxbridge given the good reviews for my skin type.

Thelma was amazing, friendly and extremely professional with her knowledge and experience. She gave a thorough consultation of exactly what the process would entail and immediately knew what laser treatment would be best for me and my skin.

I noticed the difference straight after my first session. My skin has started to cleared up and hair growth has reduced dramatically. I'm just so incredibly happy and it's a huge confidence boost to have my face clearer, I really can't thank Thelma and TLC enough for this.

Highly recommend anyone that has had a negative past experience to try again with these guys, you won't be disappointed!

I do not recommend. I paid for all 8 visits and when I wanted to stop after the 4th visit they didn't give me my money back.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Didn't conduct initial consultation properly, omitted information about the negative impacts of laser treatment, ended up needing well over 12 sessions for a small area that is now growing more hair than it ever did before. Have resorted back to waxing. very unhygienic and never ever running to schedule.
Last appt before covid and the lady started using the completely wrong machine - I had to correct her myself. Complete mismanagement and left facial scarring.
Horrific experience.
