Right from the initial design consultation our experience with Shanti was amazing. He happily gave us several appointments to finalise the cabinet colours and even allowed us to take the samples home. He was very patient, flexible and supportive towards all the changes. We went for Ballerina Kitchen and our installer was very impressed with the quality of the units. We were provided with full flexibility to choose our own worktop or the appliances (we eventually went with Shanti's proposals). Shanti made several visits before, during and after the installation even though we didn't get an installation from him. He was always available on the phone or meetings and the level of service was just exceptional. This was by far the best decision we took during our home extension and renovation project.

Shanti and his team provided an exceptional service -from the design to fitting and finishing. He was very easy to work with and ALWAYS picked up our calls. He went out of his way to ensure our project ran smoothly. The kitchen is perfect - excellent quality and craftsmanship. It is exactly how we wanted it! We are eternally grateful!

We engaged The Kitchen Consultancy to install a new kitchen for us as part of our extension. Service was excellent from the get go, with a combination of on site visits and meeting them at their offices.

Shanti made the process of picking a new kitchen easy! He gave honest practical advice and we adjusted our ideas and decisions accordingly.

Whilst we hit some minor problems and delays, exacerbated by the Covid delays, these are expected in a project this size. What was important was how responsive Shanti was to our calls and keeping us informed of delays and new timings.

Overall we were very happy with the final result and would recommend Shanti for both quality product and excellent service that came with it. He's trustworthy and honest which is so important with these projects.

The kitchen consultancy has been nothing but fantastic from start to finish and more. Shanti was really accomodating to our design ideas and continued to advise us throughout the build work. The end product is amazing and exactly what we wanted. The quality and finish of our ballerina kitchen is superb and the competitive price with all the gadgets is an added bonus.

Following a recommendation we contacted Shanti at The Kitchen Consultancy to plan and design our kitchen based on the size and layout. He was very professional and put together a fantastic kitchen which meets all our needs. Shanti was always there for us, he overlooked the project from the beginning to end which gave us peace of mind. We were always able to call or text him for advice. There were two units which arrived slightly damaged and without any hesitation they were replaced. We would highly recommend The Kitchen Consultancy.

We had actually started working with a high street kitchen company before we gave Shanti a call. It turned out that not only did his quote come within budget, but we got a stone worktop and we were clearly getting a better quality product.

We cannot fault Shanti's service. He helped us out every step of the way giving practical advice and dealing with all of our queries, of which there were quite a few as this is our first renovation! He also worked with our builders to make sure that the installation went smoothly, including working out the logistics of the postbox window (a real grand design feature).

The Kitchen Consultancy have been brilliant to work with throughout my entire home project. They have provided an amazing service from the initial consultation, to the final installation of the kitchen. They offered us their honest opinions with our thoughts on designs/ideas and had supported us on our decisions. The Kitchen Consultancy are a dedicated team and offer great customer service- they even personally travelled up to Manchester to install the kitchen themselves! I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

We had our Kitchen done by Shanti at Kitchen Consultancy over a year ago now and thought it best to write this review now. The service provided was impeccable from start to finish. He had a wide range of choices to suit everyone's needs and shanti always listened to what we wanted and guided us accordingly. He made sure optimal use of the space was incorporated and everything was delivered and installed on time. Now a year on we are still exceptionally happy with our kitchen.

Shanti was extremely approachable and knowledgeable when we were deciding to remodel our kitchen. He spent a lot of time and effort in guiding us through the complex process, advising us on the best layout to suit our needs.

During the work he was on site to ensure the builders knew exactly what to do as the kitchen fitting process is complicated. He was on hand to help rectify any mistakes in work carried out by our third party builders and to provide solutions to problems.

In addition the after care is second to none. Shanti has visited our home numerous times to solve issues caused by our third party builders at his own cost – something very rare in people today!

He is a down to earth gentleman and a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend his services.

I've had two kitchens installed by Shanti which says it all really. He has patience in leading you through the design which, whilst tailored to your wishes, is also guided by his expertise in kitchen ergonomics and the practicalities of install. He is always contactable to sort out problems and visits site regularly during the install to oversee. I would also make special mention of his installers who are great and make it all happen. Shanti goes above and beyond!

Great understanding of our slightly unique kitchen concept.

Our kitchen island is 5.3m long with a lot going on i.e. 2 sinks and a hob but he was able to advise how to get it right. He had a very detailed understand of our relatively complex worktop which we felt others did not seem to fully understand... especially the raised bit around the sink and how it would work

His confidence and experience was reassuring and delivered to us in a very down to earth friendly manner. He listened to every point we raised and worked with us to ensure an optimal outcome.

We felt he went above and beyond to deliver the project as we also commissioned him to install the kitchen and we would often see him on site to make sure it went smoothly. His prices were very competitive and we have no hesitation to recommend him.

He kept us in mind when he went to ideal home show and found us a company that sold a dining table that perfectly matched our kitchen and style of house.

Also the quality of the kitchen is great - everything you expect from a German kitchen.

Bought our kitchen from Shanti and he was very professional, helpful and efficient. His design was spot on what we wanted and when the kitchen was delivered he was there to receive it and make sure there were no issues. I recommend him to all friends and family and would use him again.
