Great customer service!
I made my order and received confirmation straight away. I paid for next day delivery and unfortunately the royal mail spoiled the services. After email their customers services team and spoke to Graham he were very understanding and helpful and helped me rectify the problem. Can't spoke highly enough of them and I will be shopping with them again.
Just to be clear the problem I had, had nothing to do with the JJ team if was the fault of the royal mail.

The second time I've used the services of the JJ and both times have been very satisfactory, I placed this order late in the day and was enjoying the benefits early afternoon the very next day, excellent.

Highly recommend
Fast delivery and great customer service. Ordered an item online and had to send a bank transfer so was a bit dubious at first but transferred the money in the evening and item was dispatched the next day. Will definitely use again.
