Very fast in delivery

The fact that you were willing to communicate. It was only a little order but that was because I’ma newbie and still sourcing the right products. I find filling the cones hard. My brain tumour caused a stroke 11 years ago so I’ve gags one arm/hand weaker than the other though in use. I will be using more but maybe try smaller cones. I decided to try it because if the back pain of the CKD I also have. Thank you so much fur being so patient

Great customer after sale service! I had a product fail after a few weeks. After a couple of emails sent sone photos at 4pm. By 10am next day I had a replacement item. Extremely helpful and gives me confidence they are customer focused. Would highly recommend Juicy Joint!

Ordered over a Utillian over the phone, and the employee was very helpful and patient as I sorted out my card details for payment. Product has been great so far and a 10/10 customer service from my experience. I would gladly recommend anyone reading this to shop from The Juicy Joint, and I have no complaints.

The team at juicy joint are outstanding for there customer service I had ordered a stem diffuser which happened to be too long however after calling up the store and explaining what I mistakenly done they managed to figure out the exact one I actually needed and arranged to send that one out to me including a returns label for me to return the original one back to them which was great of them to do! Will definitely be back in the future. Smooth and stress free with fast delivery. :)
