The imperial group has dealt with everything so efficiently and really made me aware of every detail of the process. absolutely fantastic customer service and support I look forward to doing more business in the future.

I had a really good experience with The Imperial Group. The team were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made the whole process straightforward and helped secure a competitive energy deal without any hassle. Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt supported from start to finish. I would happily recommend The Imperial Group to anyone looking for reliable and efficient energy services.

Hassle free

Will definitely be coming back every year. Customer service is absolutely amazing, It’s hard to save money these days but they managed to find me the best deal. Didn’t have to do deal with the suppliers they did that all for me stress free!!
Saved me thousands of pounds, thank you!!!

Saved our business money

Saved our business money with zero hassle

We were paying far more than we needed to on our energy contract and didn’t really have the time or knowledge to shop around properly. These guys handled everything from start to finish, compared the market, and secured us a much better deal than we were on previously.

The process was straightforward, communication was clear, and there was no pressure at any point. Best of all, it’s already saving our business money each month, which makes a real difference with current running costs.

Would highly recommend to any business that wants to reduce overheads without the stress of dealing with energy suppliers themselves.

Arrived early and managed to get me…

Arrived early and managed to get me seen earlier, moved to other dentist for descale after checkup, yet again had to.ask for a polish which is included in price, not sure why they arent doing this already
Lovely staff but the whole area especially up.stairs could do with a good clean ,dirty and grubby ,not a good look
