Incredible customer service
Very fast order processing and shipping, arrived the next day. Second purchase was delivered by hand locally to arrive in time for Christmas. Absolutely outstanding customer service. They've made a lifelong customer out of me.

Personally greeted me and took me to where his showroom was. Very kind and talkative obviously passionate about his business even managed to upsell me to buy two more cigars than planned definitely recommend. Cigars were of good quality also.
