Fantastic customer service, we had a part fail and it was resolved by customer service super fast and efficiently. Big thank you to the team, will definitely be ordering again soon!

Website Picture Not Same As What I Recieved

The item picture on their website was of a wrapped rubber radiator hose. The item I eventually received wasn't wrapped, as I was very short of time I used it. So I ended up paying a premium for what was pictured as a wrapped hose and received a non wrapped item which I could have purchased for less elsewhere.

Re your reply. You have missed my point, your site picture is of a wrapped hose, which is the type I wanted to buy. I was misled by the incorrect picture on your website. I don't care whether an unwrapped hose is as good a quality as a wrapped hose, I didn't want an unwrapped hose.

So buyers beware.

Final Update: I have since found exactly the same hose for £10 including postage less than The Hosemaster charged me.

HI Sorry, to hear this, if you are not happy with your order you should have contacted us. These hoses either come wrapped or unwrapped. This does not affect the quality or performance.

After a long discussion about the type…

After a long discussion about the type and size of fitting needed they still sent the wrong part, 2 * because they are cheap enough for it not to be worth my time returning the parts.
