Inaccurate inventory ruined my set
Item could not be located after purchase. Although I was refunded quickly, I had specifically bought this premium bowl to finish a 5-piece set. The other pieces are non-refundable, so I am left with an incomplete set. Highly disappointing outcome.

While we appreciate your frustration, occasionally inventory mistakes happen. While normal retail business can hide these mistakes by ordering or making additional stock, we are entirely reliant on when we are able to secure same from the pre-loved market place.
While that mistake is ours, for which we apologised and refunded you as soon as we became aware of the issue, we are not responsible for your purchasing 5 bowls elsewhere and that you are unable to get a refund for them.
We did offer on two occasions to let you know as soon as we are able to secure another bowl for you; an offer which you have chosen to ignore and not mention in your review. In light of your 1 star review, suffice to say that offer is withdrawn.

I have now tried to contact Mr Pottery three separate times by email to enquire about selling my collection of Poole 1930s-1960s and I’ve got around 30 pieces. I have not even had an email response to say that they have my email etc and I feel after reading such promising comments and recommendations to go to,”MR POTTERY “ if they can’t help you then nobody can. Ha ha I just don’t think anyone is running the platform because if there was surely someone would be interested in, at least, so much as to say we are not interested blah blah but I know, if you know Poole pottery then you would be only too happy to be the first person that would have the chance to buy it. As it’s all perfect and some of the renowned artists have hand painted or designed the pieces and signed the pieces . But I have really tried to do all that is possible to get attention from MR POTTERY. They advertise themselves, boasting about rave reviews for themselves but I take note and contact them but. It even a ghost has replied and I am very deeply offended by the situation that they have just ignored me. Thank you MR POTTERY YOU ARE SO SWEET AND THOUGHTFUL AND SO GRATEFUL FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND IGNORANCE IS ASTOUNDING ME.

Where to start....?
We reply to all emails received usually within 24 hours. I cannot find any email from a Rick, relating to the sale of a whole 30 pieces of Poole Pottery, either in our outstanding email or in our spam folders. This leads me to believe this is probably a fake review. If it is genuine perhaps you would like to email me direct at mike@mrpottery.co.uk . But I suspect that instead I will get an email from someone abroad offering me their services to remove fake reviews. One of a dozen such emails we get every day.
You state you have "tried to do all that is possible to get attention from MR POTTERY." Really? No voicemails from you Rick. Pretty sure I would have remembered taking that call.
However, giving the benefit of the doubt to Rick of Heathrow, who clearly has plenty of time to write utter dribble about the desirability of his Poole Pottery, it is a shame he didn't bother to read our website which clearly states we only buy from charities. So to be frank Rick, all you have done is wasted your time and ours, trying to contact and then punish a small business regarding a service we didn't offer in the first place. Good day to you... Rick of Heathrow, you utter prat!
