I, like a lot of people, tend to do the majority of my shopping online these days, and whilst this was no different, The Honest Diver provided a very in person, and personal feel. I had decided to purchase a custom design Xdeep Zen, but as I'd never used a wing before I had lots of questions regarding finalising my specification. Using the website, I set up a video call with Jim, and he could not have been more helpful. As well as answering all my questions about the item, he also took the time to answer all my more general questions about using a wing. I was left feeling fully confident about everything and placed the order that day. I was told custom orders usually take up to 6 weeks but can be a little longer over the Christmas period. My order came in around 8 weeks and once Jim had checked it over and was happy, it was sent to me and arrived the next day. He even shot and sent me a short preview video which was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Honest Diver to anyone, their attention to detail, amazing customer service and communication is fantastic. I have since ordered more items, and will be making further orders in the future.

I purchased a pair of Enluva Gloves for my KUBI system. They where delivered very quickly, the quality of these gloves are superb. I wore them over the forest the temperature was minus 1 degrees. My hands where nice and arm - very impressed, I cant wait to try them underwater. I will be looking to purchase the Enluva socks very soon.

Received advice prior to purchase via videoclip, item arrived in good time. Bag of sweets enclosed! It’s just really good to support a small business where they understand the value of the customer and they know what they’re talking about.

I am very pleased with my buying experience, I spoke to Jim about what I was looking for in the Xdeep Zen wing and he gave me good advice about the available options, and said he was happy to assemble it for me.
He updated me regularly with delivery via email and video messages as some items were ex-stock.

Love love love buying from them. I was looking to buy the XDeep trim pockets and they were the only ones who had it in stock, shipped the same day and arrived promptly the next day, with a hand-written thank-you note, which was a special touch. I received a video message when it shipped and a video message on how to attach them to my BCD. Their website is setup really well, easy to navigate and I love the 'The Honest Truth' section. The fact that they do videos for almost any question you may have is what I loved the most. Thanks team.
