I really like the shelled hemps seeds…

I really like the shelled hemps seeds from the hemp shop. The shelling is just right and the seeds very fresh. Also a european source product which i can trust.

Great crunchy whole hemp seeds, and available in massive sizes too! Plus the price is good. Seems a very diligent and passionate company.

Looks good quality

Looks good quality, I am a first time trying these hemp oil capsules, only a few days in with no issues so far, these are for my over all health joints and digestion.
Nothing works straight away so time will tell.

I googled to find a natural product to help with my cholesterol and it showed hemp seeds are the best.chloestrel

I went on line, scrolled through lots of pages, i made my mind up when the Hemp Shop had the best deal. I have had three lots of hemp seeds from them and will choose them again next time.

Great fabrics for the Craft of Shibori

I regularly buy hemp and cotton mix fabrics from The Hemp Shop. The fabrics are perfect for dyeing and using for my craft of shibori. They have a soft handle and the needle slides through easily.

Clothing Purchase

I have been purchasing clothing from The Hemp Shop for a number of years now and the quality has always been excellent. The prices are fair but the options and quality outstanding. Staff very helpful as well.

My order hasn't arrived after nearly TWO weeks

My order hasn't arrived after nearly TWO weeks and then they have the audacity to send a review link that was BROKEN.

I think they have been smoking the product...

Update: Has now been 9 days with Evri and counting...

Shipping time from Australia to the UK generally takes between 5 and 9 days for most courier services. Air freight is significantly faster, with transit times typically ranging from 3 to 8 days. Sea freight, on the other hand, is much slower, taking 42 to 52 days.

Hi I am going to RTS or you can send a return label. It was required for a project for a design project and the customer wanted hemp for environmental reasons. We had to source from another supplier at short notice and higher cost.

Thank you for your feedback.

We always hope to correspond with our customer before they make any compliant, so we hope that you will see we have worked immedisetly to rectify the problem.

As with all shipping companies, from time to time they experience delays.

We can see, your order was placed on Tuesday last week, as per our standard listed times, it was despatched inside 2 working days. The parcel was collected from the drop point on Thursday last week @ 6.08pm at the end of that working day.
Friday was a bank holiday, as was Monday, and the Saturdays and Sunday are not working days.

At the time of your contact, we were half way through Thursday. That is Tuesday, Wednesday and half Thursday. Hence our statment that it had been 2 1/2 working days since your order was despatched.

After 30 years of mail order despatch we know that the shipment of goods can get delayed around Easter time - happens all the time, every year.

We cannot possibly have worked any quicker on this from your original message earlier today. We gave you the best reckoning we could give, based on previous history. Finally we immediatly contacted the shipper for an answer.

As soon as we hear from them, we will be back in touch.

We do our very best to get resolutions as quickly as we can.

Many thanks for your patience. As previously mentioned, we have been working with the shipper to find out what has happened to you delayed parcel.

We have good news that the tracking has now updated and your parcel has begun it's final part of the journey to you.

Evri have now updated the tracking to show it being changed to a specialist Evri courier.

We would like to offer a refund of the postage costs to as a way of an apology for this unfortunate delay.

Please accept our apologies for this situation, I hope you enjoy your order once you receive it.

never received order


never refunded or honored a mis-shipment now months after sale.

even after they received product back.... promised 1/22 "now we can refund..." have not done so.
this is quite bizarre business behavior.
we are all (paypal, CC company, trust pilot and customer) watching. lets see it.

vendor not acting in an honest manner.
1. refused to honor shipment or issue refund from an Int'l delivery once they knew it was not delivered.

2. vendor handwrote incorrect address over correct one given. blamed everyone but themselves.
3. the intended address was a USPS post office. vendor alleged that usps could not deliver to their own post office.??? it was now known to be due to an incorrect handwritten # written by vendor.
4. no shipping notes in spite of a claim that they are 'in possession of the notes' after date of intended delivery. more lies. shipping notes stopped after delivery was attempted to incorrect address.

And why are you just now after almost 2 months (11/27) contacting royal mail?
They have no record of that shipment beyond the previous notes from 11/27 in their system.

This is just anther deception to do nothing.

You first claimed the order arrived.
That was a lie. Now you say it was because it was a po box. Another lie.you also lies and said it was USPS fault.
It was because it was Thanksgiving and the post office was closed and your shipper refused to send to area storage to complete delivery like ALL SHIPPERS DO INCLUDING ROYAL MAIL. Royal have delivered there before. The driver was either corrupt or lazy.
The package was lost according to Royal mail. There is no tracking anymore ...and you know that.

Another lie on here is that you were offering a refund or reship. You did not. Then you seemed to contradict yourself in your same post by saying well...we are sick and small and out for the folidays and its so busy with packages now. Which is it? You will say anything to avoid supporting your order. Its been 2 months since 11/27 and you dishonestly claim the package is on it's way. Trustpilot and PayPal are being taken advantage of with your lies. small businesses do not behave this way in general.

they took a month to ship order. royal mail never delivered. they once they knew this, then they took another month avoiding reshipping and or refund. never was made whole or even offered a solution just 'wait another month'. bizarre support.
Still nothing and they lied I here as they refuse to make me whole. no refunds no reships. just 'wait' for some package which no longer exists in the royal mail system to be sent back to them. They know we will never see that again. Out my money. don't use these guys.

We are sorry to hear this.

We must say that we're surprised by your review here, as from our correspondence to you, it bares little resemblance to what you have written.

Your order was placed on Saturday Nov 16th.
It was despatched on Tue, Nov 19. Arriving in the US, at your local post office on the 26th.
You wrote to us on the 29th Nov, to say your parcel was being sent back to us due to the USPS not being able to deliver on Thanksgiving. On both the USPS & the Royal Mail tracking, is stated the address was incorrect.
We explained that as soon as it was returned to us, we would be back in touch to re-send it to you.
We also explained that this may take some time as it was the busy time of year for the national postal services of each of our countries.
If it had been our error, we would have immediately sent a new parcel out. However, the tracking stated otherwise.
We had our winter break from 23rd Dec, to 6th Jan, coming back to the office Tuesday this week.
We have been working through our back-log of both orders and correspondence since then.
Due to staff illness, there is only 1 person in the office currently.
Up to now, we have not received your parcel back.
Once we have been through all the returns. replacements and refunds, if your parcel has still not arrived by mid next week, and the timeline for the Royal Mail to state it is lost, we would then be back in touch to get new address details or offer a refund.

We are now, setting the record straight. It seems that there has been some confusion on your side, so we wanted to make it clear exactly what has gone on.
The order did arrive, the tracking states, that it arrived in the US 1st in LA – 24 Nov, then San Jose 25th Nov, Sacramento 25th Nov, Salt Lake 25th Nov, then at your local office Ogden 26th Nov. After 2 failed attempts at delivery due to address issues, it says ‘Your item was returned to the sender on November 29, 2024 at 10:54 am in OGDEN, UT 84401 because of an incorrect address.’
The PO Box descriptive text is on our websites postages pages for the UK, the EU and the Rest of World.
You wrote to us saying it was the USPS fault, claiming they could not deliver due to it being Thanksgiving.
The Royal Mail do not work in the US, they hand parcels over to your USPS postal service, no question there. It was the USPS who failed to deliver. That is a mute point, when our website states that if you want to send it to a PO Box, it is your own responsibility if it goes wrong.
Accusing the Royal Mail(who do not work in the US) or being corrupt of lazy is, well, you know.
There is no where on the tracking, that the parcel is lost.
Having checked the tracking, which is still very much live, it has been moving back to the UK and has a delivery note for the 10th. We have emailed Royal Mail for an update.
We have not offered a refund or re-shipment. We have clearly stated, many times, it was user error (the address was incorrect according to the USPS tracking details)& we would re-send the item once it was back with us. If it had been our fault for the parcel not getting to you, then we would have refunded or re-shipped.
Yes, we did have a shortage of staff due to sickness before & after Christmas. And yes, we were closed during the holidays from 23rd Dec–6th Jan

THe parcel has returned to us - your address was incorrect.
We have sent you an email and also contact PayPal with an image of the returned label and parcel.

So this now shows, for all to read, that exatlyt what we wrote, has taken place.
Not only was your insistance on the parcel being lost, or stolen, your accusation of the Royal Mail stealing it - wrong.
Your accusation that we, in any way, dishonest with what we wrote or indeed actioned - wrong.
No tracking available - wrong.

Please be honest with yourself, and remove this 'unaccurate' review of our compnay and service - do the right thing.

Excellent Company

Excellent company, fast delivery and great communication. I bought this fabric to use within my textiles degree for screen printing purposes and it has worked beautifully! Thank you, I 100% recommend this company to anyone- the fabric is great quality- top notch!
