Fantastic service
I cannot tell you how much time and money you save me! I work full time, so collecting would mean taking a half day holiday (chemist only open work hours) and it would be £20+ in a taxi for round trip. The driver is always friendly and on time, thank you for such a great service.

Hi, we’re sorry to hear you felt there was no communication regarding your order.
Your order was placed on 11th May using our Click & Collect option, not home delivery. An order confirmation email was sent automatically after checkout, and a further email was sent around 2 hours later confirming that your order was ready for collection. We can see both emails were sent to the email address provided at checkout.
