I received a ripped package.
The tablets packs were pressed so hard that few tablets were opened and broken inside the box.
Tried your website first time, really disappointed. Medicine was poorly packaged.

We’re very sorry to hear your parcel arrived in this condition. We have checked the delivery evidence, and the package appears intact in the photograph provided by Royal Mail, but we would be grateful if you could contact us with photos showing the damaged packaging and any affected products.
We package all orders securely, although unfortunately we cannot fully control how parcels are handled once they are with Royal Mail. Complaints of this nature are very rare, but whenever damage has occurred, we have resolved it promptly in line with our returns policy.
