I would give a zero if I could. Despite publishing online that they provide refunds, they really do not. They asked if I could donate the item I bought and when I declined that they offered a $2 refund for a $38 item!! Upon further complaint they offered only a $4 refund and stated they could not go any higher than that. Their sizing guides are not accurate which is the reason for my return. So essentially they are refusing to refund me despite stating clearly online that they do allow refunds!! Shipping for refunds is to China as well - not the US and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. They are thieves!! Don't fall for their gimmicks, not even if it's an item that looks very desirable to have. You won't get your money back from them if you need to return. You'd be better to flush your money down the toilet!!

Do not purchase anything from this place tge size is not accurate and they overcharged me. I immediately notified them to cancel the order they refused to cancel order they refunded my overage but refused to cancel the order they sent the item after several request to cancel they to ship it back I had to pay an absorbent cost to ship it back. They are a scam. The online shipping shows I’m in United States but it is not its in China.

Do not purchase anything from this company. Had I read the reviews first, I would never have. If something doesn't fit, you cannot return it for a refund. They tell you to give to someone else ir sell it and offer you $5.00 US. If you want to return it to China you have to pay for thd shipping yourself. Very dissatisfied. Will never order again.

Ordered bathing suit it took over a month to receive. Contacted them to ask for return details as bathing suit too small . Required next size.. Customer Service replied that the size was correct what I ordered. Told them numerous time I need to return and exchange for next size.
They would not take it back and told me to give it away and offered me $6 USD compensation for it.
I have been going back-and-forth with customer service and they will not offer me an exchange . The final offer of compensation was $14USD. I told them I don’t want compensation but to accept my return and I will pay AGAIN postage to send me next size.
They never once said they do not do returns or exchanges. My $27.99 USD swim wear ended up costing me $69 AUD

I wish I had read these reviews! I made ref mistake of ordering two bathing suits from them and they insisted I take pictures of the return code, ups code and items even though I gave them the order number. Then they insisted I give them away and won’t refund them.

Ordered bathing suit it took about a month to receive and then they sent me the wrong size… this bathing suit would not even fit a child and would not take it back and told me to give it away and we’re not give me any compensation for it. I have been going back-and-forth with customer service and they will not offer me anything.,, now I have a $30 bathing suit that they want me to throw away and they will not give me any credit for it. I asked if I could return for different size and no reply. Then they came back and said they will give me $2 usd for compensation and no returns or exchanges… that is crazy

Ordered by mistake. Emailed twice to cancel and they sent item anyways and kept my money. Will not let me return. Horrible!!!

I made a purchase the beginning of June. I still do not have what I ordered and now they have deleted their information from PayPal so I have no chance at getting my money back. Told me my package was shipped, never giving me a tracking number, I asked twice for one, they answered with will give you feedback from the shipping company. Nothing. I do not even want to give them 1 star. A horrible company

I ordered a cardigan on Feb. 2, 2024. I finally received a "tracking" email on March 3rd and it shows that it's still with China Post. It took ONE month for the company to "process" my order before it was shipped. They charged my credit card the day I ordered but who knows when the sweater will arrive in Canada (if it even gets here)! I will not be ordering from this company again.

I bought a swimsuit immediately tried to cancel as I realized this was probably not legit. They wouldn't let me cancel. A couple weeks later I received the item and it was not the same product as in the picture, and the sizing was way off. As their website states, they offer returns. They refuse to do this, stating shipping will be to expensive for me. They offered me $4 in compensation for a $40 swimsuit. Total scam.

Ordered my bathing suit Jan. 30 have not received it or any other info on it except to say the ordered was being processed and would be informed when shipped other than the charge on my account I have had no communication . Terrible process and have been waiting to deny the charges on my account

I love this shirt. It’s a perfect fit. My daughter is a size 10 ; but leading towards a 12 now and it was great! It looks very professional and the collar flips down just right. I’d definitely recommend.
