Terrible company

Bought three bras from this company. They are of very inferior quality. Requested a refund per their return policy but they will not provide it.
Have had numerous communications attempting return and refunds but they keep offering minimal compensation instead of providing refund and return information.
Plan to tell everyone I know to not use this company.
Very fraudulent practices.

Company is a rip off. False advertising. Bought bras. They have offer no support

Ordered bras. They are very cheap. They do not support your breast. Tried to get a refund. There was no information on the company in the package. No invoice, no address no phone number.

Avoid this company! They will not refund you back! Rip off!

Do not buy from this company. It's a fraud. You will not get what you bought or your money back! SCAM SCAM SCAM. UPDATE I sent all my info to them and I paid 40 dollars and they won't do anything and wanted to give me 3 dollars. They won't take it back and they are a fraud.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

ABOUD THIS COMPANY! They have no refund/return policy! Although the products did not fit, their return policy, and I quote “you should give it to a friend who they may fit and here is $5”. This is a Chinese company with no return policy. My error in not researching it better. BUYER BEWARE!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered the bras from them. I ordered 36 D and received 4 XXL. When trying to return the product on their website it comes back and says this site has been reported as Phishing. Scam. I ordered from The Happy Wind but received the package from Debrag Haboushs from New York. Called the bank to dispute and they say they cannot help because I received A product even though it is about 6 sizes too big. So I am out the money.

I also purchased 2 of the blue and white blouse. Pockets hang out from the shirt, hole in one pocket, button missing from one shirt and puckering where seams weren’t sewn good. The blouse didn’t look anything like the picture . I also paid 21.99 for each and was offered 4.00 compensation. This is unbelievable! Do not buy from them!!! I hope these reviews will drop their ratings so no one else will purchase from them!

I also ordered the blue striped blouse for $27.98 ($19.98 with shipping and overseas costs). It did not fit and the best "compensation" they offered as a refund is $4.00. This was not described in the refund policy of the company. I will NEVER use them again or recommend this company. The satisfied users are just lucky I guess!!!

I ordered the buy one get two free bras. It took forever for them to come if you are a plus size woman like me I would not order these bras because they do not lift or support, etc. that they claim. I sent numerous messages to their customer support email, and they keep giving me the runaround offered to compensate me three dollars! They will not let you return unless it’s ripped, stained etc. I would suggest that you do not buy their products. Google said that this was a scam.

Ordered the striped shirt with pockets

Ordered the striped shirt with pockets. Took awhile to get here and the tracking was not helpful. The bottom of the pockets hang below the bottom of the shirt. Emailed along with pictures and was informed that the size was correct so no refund or exchange. Was told to give it away as a gift! Should I just cut off the pockets??

Very Disappointed--I ordered the blue stripped shirt

UPDATE--my latest email from "Happy Winds" is informing me the highest refund they can offer me is $4 ($38.20 was paid), but I can keep the shirt that is way too large. I think the "Happy" part of the company name should be changed to "Unhappy" or very dissatisfied.

I ordered the blue stripped shirt. I followed instructions on the sizing measurements. It took several weeks for it to arrive. When it arrived, it was huge. I ordered a medium. At best I think it would need to be an XS. I asked for a refund because of the time element involved with an exchange. My purchase was $38.20 US dollars. I sent all requested documentation and received an email response that after checking the order, the shirt I received was the one I ordered--no consideration of the fact the measurements given in the website was wrong, I was told to give the shirt to someone and Happy Winds would offer me a $2 US dollar refund. I responded immediately that I was insulted at the offer and I want my $38.30 refund. I have received no response. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this website

Purchased a bra from this company and I would NOT recommend. Sizing must not be accurate. I have tried to give it chance 4 times now and it is not working out. After reading other reviews, I will not be spending more money to return it. I will likely either throw it away or give to someone who can use it. Would have been better off with nothing at all.

I too have had NO Response from this…

I too have had NO Response from this company on the 4 emails I have sent to them regarding the requested return of 3 swimsuits that I purchased.....according to their sizing chart I ordered the correct size for my body (in fact I even sized up one size) and the all the items were too small....
Also one swimsuit came in the package and DID NOT have a panty liner in the bottom....I did NOT even try it on due to this factor....looked possibly like a previously returned item and re-shipped out!
I requested a refund of all items due to this and no response what so ever....avoid this company!!!!
