Extremely efficient.
Handles and nobs arrived the day after I ordered them, excellent quality, very pleased that they were well packed individually as failure to do this would have resulted in possible scratches and dents to the metal.
Overall great experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought 20 of an item and 16 of another item. I informed after 2 days of receiving the goods. I reported ONE missing. They refused my claim on their impeccable process based on item weight etc. Well how do you know if what they weigh is true when they arrive to you? Furthermore Are you supposed to weigh the package? One knob in a box you would need a precision scale at home! I understood if it was 3/4 or more missing. Bad customer service and a lot to learn!

….and as you can see by the response seller is right and the customer of course is wrong! Especially given that we are supposed to trust their system. The more concerning issue is that it keeps happening with other customers but of course in this trader eyes the Seller is always right! Excellent long term strategy!

After ordering a lot of samples from various companies, I decided to purchase the brand Carlisle brass Victorian style knobs. As I had samples from other companies but the handle studio were cheaper I decided to order here.
When they arrived I wasn’t happy with the condition of them. Many had black marks and some even had chips on the knobs so I contacted customer service. They informed me that I had to return these before they could issue a replacement which is completely fair enough. I was on a deadline though as my kitchen fitter needed them on a certain date so I ordered a batch more to be sent out with the assurance from Clare in customer services that whatever I returned was refunded.
When they returned my knobs they blamed me for the chips and told me I wasn’t getting a refund. The ironic thing was they blamed transit yet they were returned in the packaging they deem fit to send their items out in. Thankfully I took photographs of the knobs before sending them back.
As you can imagine it soured the experience somewhat. If you are looking to return the handles make sure you take photographs.
The handles are not hard wearing, I’m not heavy handed at all and one has already chipped.

Really happy with the polished nickel knobs purchased for our upcycled chest of drawers. The knobs are heavy and feel premium.

I initially ordered a size too big before I realised my mistake, and Clare on live chat was able to refund my order quickly so I can place a new one with the correct size. I received my knobs the next day via DPD.

Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Ordered my Shaker Style Polished Chrome knobs and cup handles on Friday lunchtime and they were delivered at 11.30 the following day. I was impressed with the quality, considering the good value prices. I made a mistake when ordering but this was quickly rectified by the online chat function. Would definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Terrible service. Ordered a total of 34 handles & received 1 knob short. Claire accused me of lying to try & get a free one (I can manage a £2.79 knob thanks!) refused to resolve it as ‘we’ve done all our checks babe’ I had no choice but to order & pay AGAIN for something they didn’t send as half had already been fitted & they wouldn’t even cover delivery! I get they have checks in place & Claire explained that they weigh the parcels & this apparently matched up, however something clearly went wrong with their checks because I was most definitely one down! To be told I’m lying, refuse any form of assistance, even delivery for an error on their side (regardless of how many times I’m told the checks showed there were the correct amount, I did not receive the correct amount so there WAS an error most definitely on their side!) and be spoken to in such an unprofessional and patronising way was wholly unacceptable. Absolutely disgusted. If I hadn’t left it so late I would definitely have returned. The handles themselves are ok but not great quality, you get what you pay for. Staff that call you babe & darling & speak to you like you’re a 2 year old shouldn’t be working with customers. Highly unprofessional. Overall worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I have already had this discussion (re the response) and I stand by my statement. I am am warning others in the hope that they are not also cheated by your company.

Order samples at your peril you will be charged !!!On returning sample handles it was claimed that one of the very expensive handles had been damaged in transit...No proof could be given of damaged packaging and I was given a series of bogus excuses how such damage could occur all of which were fabricated. (After all it was The Handle Studios packaging)! I ended up £20 worse off. Will place my orders elswhere as cannot chase a courier company when the packaging doesn't have a mark on it!

Found the door knobs we wanted and arrived quickly. Solid and exactly the same as the ones we have. Book marked the site as a result. Screws were too short and rang them dispatched the same day. Great service and product.

I ordered 10 wooden drawer handles and they are a very good product at a fair price and arrived on time.

However I was a little disapointed with the amount of plastic packing.

Each handle was in its own individual plastic bag and the delivery box contained numereous pieces of foam packing all of which cannot be recycled.

Maybe the company could look at using packing that can be recycled.

The product would have 5 stars but for the packing

The company were very helpful as si wanted to match pewter knobs and handles. There is someone at the end of the phone you can actually talk to.

Handles arrived promptly. Lovely quality each one has slightly different pattination indicating the craftsmanship and natural pewter product. Very good quality and value for money. Choice of screw length was also helpful.

Ordered on Sunday and took delivery Wednesday. Perfect service with tracking of my order all the way. Handles were exactly as seen on website and were great value for money. Order was to replace a broken handle on a dresser. Job done and almost identical to original handles.
