I bought a PRS a couple of months ago and had never been to the shop before. There are some truely lovely guitarss here, and some high end smaller companies too, which is really nice to see.
I had a good chat with the staff and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definately go back.

I had finally managed to pop into the store for the first time a couple of months ago. I was after an effects pedal for some fun and they ordered me in a DT pedal. It came into the shop quick and it was a great price. The staff were so helpful and patient and it really mattered. I came in again a couple of weeks ago to buy a new guitar. I wanted something quirky and different just for fun. They showed me several guitars and set me up in the corner to have a jam. No pressure and took the time to explain each one. I bought a lovely eight string ibanez and again it was such a great price. The way the staff interact with people is what made going into local guitar shops fun for me when I was a kid. It took me back to a special time. They really cared and it showed. It's a special charm and it is honestly missing in local communities nowdays, especially within the arts and for younger people so it was a pleasure to see something like this. I cant say enough about them. Highly recommend

I was bought down to Guitartech by Timmy. I saw a second hand Epiphone Slash Les Paul. We discussed options and Joe offered to sell another guitar I had and agreed the price. Joe sold my guitar in a few weeks time which was amazing as it was a pretty special orange! Popped back and paid the remainder to that the Epiphone. Very smooth transaction and very knowledgeable guy. Can’t wait to go back.

Great to have such a helpful and knowledgeable bunch of guys and such a huge selection of new and used acoustic and electric guitars in a real shop where you can actually try them out. There are sadly very few places like this any more, now that buying on-line without trying has become the norm! They helped me identify the issue with my Tele that I couldn’t fix recently, and I pop in there regularly now to see what is new - there always seems to be something….
