We recently had an air source heat pump installed and cannot praise The Green Partnership enough.
From their advisor Simon through to the installers Ian and his team. They were very professional and did a fantastic job.
Last but not least we would like to thank Michelle, Betheney & Bridie for always being at the end of the phone.
These admin ladies helped and answered so many queries and put our mind at ease, nothing was too much trouble for them.

From the first visit to quote to the last day of installation John and his team have been professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
John came on the initial visit and we discussed full installation of new heating system with Panasonic ASHP and when he left we were confident we would get a good job done.
Installation was done in a clean efficient manner, a couple of minor issues were dealt with quickly and we are very happy with the new heating.

John and his team installed an air source heat pump in our property just under 2 years ago. The installation was excellent as his staff were diligent in their work and made sure the place was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Since that time the system has worked well. The only problem we've encountered was a sticky radiator valve which John popped out and sorted personally. I would certainly recommend this firm.

I was regularly informed of when the works were starting & who was coming to do the work. I am a lady who lives with my young son, so, having engineers in my home, I did not know, was a little daunting to start. The heating & electrical engineers were very polite, courteous, provided a high level of workmanship, all was left very clean & tidy. 5 super stars to The Green Partnership. Truly amazing company. Great team of installers under Rees & Nev & support from Michelle Slack. Whole process from initial contact to final install was made as stress free as possible & we were kept in the loop at all times.

The Green Partnership installed a heat pump, cylinder and radiators as part of an Eco4 upgrade to my house. They have been truly marvellous at how efficient, tidy and at keeping me informed at every stage of the install. Thanks to Richard MaCormac (MD) for bringing everyone together to complete the installation in a timely manner and also to Michelle Slack, Customer Journey Specialist who went above and beyond her job role at finding out and answering any questions I posed to her. Not forgetting Joe and Ben for carrying out the installation, there were a few laughs throughout the days they spent here making it all work.

I had works carried out at my home from the green Partnership. I found them to be friendly ,efficient and reliable, Michelle phoned me regularly to check how things where going and to see if I had any issues with anything. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I was happy.
