Wine Order

Email received to say when delivery would be made and it arrived on time. Packaged well and all recyclable.

Excellent local company

Always helpful (they reply to emails and questions!), and delivery is professional. Wine and Gin choice easy to view, and enjoyable to drink.

Always a pleasure!

Always a pleasure to visit/order from The Grape Variety. Deliveries are prompt and super friendly service. They also have the best wine! Would recommend them!

I just love this place

I just love this place. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I was never ever disappointed by a wine recommendation there. Everything is always flawless. And in the extremely rare event that there is a hiccup with my order, they always have a kind gesture to make it up for me! (which they really don't need to!) Just pure gold.

Lack customer engagement

Poor customer service. Ordered wine with a maximum 3 day delivery, chased on day 5 to be told 3 bottles out of stock. Received message to say would then be delivered that day, it wasn't but was the following day. What was delivered was 3 of my order and 2 not requested. No engagement to explain or discuss.

A great variety…

Staff are so knowledgeable and offer such helpful advice on selecting wines. There’s a great variety ( no pun intended) and I have found some new favourites. The friendly environment makes for an engaging experiencing, whether just popping in for a drink with friends or for getting a bottle to take home. It’s so good to have a thriving local business.
