When looking to replace my existing POS, I spent many hours reviewing a number of solutions and have to say The Good Till Co stood out above the rest. The app comes with a broad feature set, including customer and kitchen displays, customer loyalty and a detailed reporting suite - the thing I really like about The Good Till though is their approach to support and product development. In the short time I've been using the app their team have introduced a raft of new features and improved many existing ones. When I've needed to make use of the support team they've been responsive and resolved the issue quickly - I really like that they provide you a log in to their support ticket system enabling you to track progress without needing to contact them for updates. Overall The Good Till represents great value and is a solid POS solution.

A brilliant till system from a brilliant company! We looked at competitors and decided on Good Till for their exemplary customer service and user friendly system. Good Till guided us through the start up and were on hand to help when needed; always patient and always available. As a small cafe this was the perfect system for us; detailed reports were always to hand making record keeping and accounting a breeze.

We love the till system software and the team have always been really helpful with any issues or questions we had.

Although it takes time and effort to set up the support was extremely helpful and having a contact person, in our case Sam was essential. We are very pleased with how it working for us and we continue to adjust and find things that we can use.
