I would like to explain the reason for my dissatisfaction in detail. I purchased items from Palma Paris worth €209. After receiving them, I returned the dresses because they were too tight and did not fit properly.

However, it has now been six months and I still have not received my refund. During this time, I have sent more than 30 emails trying to resolve the issue. Each time, I receive similar responses such as “we will check with the manager” or “we will look into the warehouse,” but no actual solution has been provided.

To this day, my money has not been returned, and I honestly do not know what more I can do. This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Keeping a customer’s money for such a long time without resolution is completely unacceptable.

I expect a full refund as soon as possible and better accountability in handling customer complaints

I have just recieved my dress today I love the quality of it and it fits so perfectly and I will definitely purchase more things from here and the customer service was fast and great

Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience. J’ai commandé une robe qui n’est jamais arrivée. Cela fait maintenant trois mois que je vous contacte régulièrement, sans solution concrète, et je n’ai toujours reçu aucun remboursement. Cette situation est inacceptable.

Je vous recommande vivement d’acheter chez Palma. Ils ont vraiment de très beaux vêtements féministes. J’ai commandé deux fois la même robe et j’en suis très satisfaite. Je n’ai reçu que des compliments et le tissu est parfait. Je ne peux que recommander !

Colis reçu ! Elles sont belles comme sur la photo (bottes) . C’est ma deuxième commande avec eux .. aucun souci 😉 Parfait ! Il faut juste être patient pour recevoir le colis qui peut prendre du temps mais sinon tout est nickel 👌

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Unprofessional Service!!!
I have been dealing with Palma Paris regarding a skirt that arrived in the wrong size since November 2025. Despite repeated requests for a prepaid return label so I can send back the skirt and receive the correct size, they continuously ask for my “understanding and patience” while supposedly escalating to a manager.

Every time I request a return label, they respond with the same generic message, or ask if I can ship the skirt back to Belgium at my own cost. This loop has been ongoing for months.

Their team demonstrates poor conflict resolution, lack of professionalism, and inability to negotiate fair terms for customers. I would not recommend purchasing from Palma Paris due to their extremely inefficient and frustrating customer service.

Ich habe meinen Mantel zurückgeschickt und mein Geld nicht zurückerstattet bekommen. Ich habe mich mehrmals gemeldet, dabei wurde mir versichert das man dem nachgeht. Danach habe ich wieder nichts mehr gehört. Das ist pure abzocke!!!

Would give less than 1 star if it Was possible, made an order 3 months ago, stands on the website that the shipping will take 7-9 days but mine NEVER arrived. I have contacted them several times but they give the same respond everytime, that they will «check with the warehouse and update you quick» and then never turn back to you. I have messaged them so many times that they dont respond anymore. DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMING US

I live in the UK and I needed a dress as soon as possible for an event in 7 days. The team and customer service were so amazing! They ensured my dress arrived in time for my event and it is very beautiful and great quality! Definitely recommend PALMA Paris and I will buying many more dresses from here!

J ai commandé un sac et grâce au Conseil et à l’écoute d’Emma je suis très ravis de ma commande.
Très ampathique elle a fait en sorte que je reçois l’article que je voulais j’en suis ravie et la remercie.

Terrible experience avoid this company.
Customer service is useless. I tried to return my order, but they make it nearly impossible. They just send you an address, no return label, no QR code nothing helpful. I’ve sent multiple messages, but they don’t actually assist you. Judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one. Very unprofessional and disappointing one of the worst companies ever.

Cela fait 4 mois que j'ai fait une commande, elle n'est pas complète. J'essaie de les joindre par mail/insta/snap/... impossible d'avoir une réponse.
