You have attended and each time it was a blast! Covid made the second one different but we got there. Congratulations on your growing property portfolio, your Serviced Accomodation, your commercial to residential renovation and your achievements and the fun way you approach business, making it a joy, while you step by step grow your portfolio and partnerships. You have also been an absolute joy this year - our walks with Emily as I went through treatment lifted my spirits and I looked forward to them immensely. Laughter was a great tonic, thank you! Glad to be through the tunnel and now we can focus on your property goals again!
Free webinars are just a slick sales pitch.
Went on free webinar on deal packaging. Very poor. Presenter speaks a lot and says nothing. Keeps stopping to answer questions and chat to attendees. Learnt nothing. Simply a sales job for her courses.

Hey Phil, Thank you for your feedback. It appears that you listened to a replay of the Deal Packaging Webinar that Susannah usually hosts live. Susannah likes to keep her webinars live and extremely interactive by answering live questions posted by attendees. We find that people learn more from webinars when they are interactive and they get their questions answered. We are sorry that you did not learn anything, we have sourced over £45million worth of property for a purchase price of £30million before refurb and ran a successful sourcing business for 5 years so do have a considerable wealth of knowledge to share in regards to Deal Packaging. We wish you every success in property and we hope that you find the learning style that works for you. Team TGPC
I bought the beginners property bundle…
I bought the beginners property bundle from this company, very disappointing. I just received a load of 5 minute random clips in no order at all, one minute they are talking about buy to sell for 5 minutes the next video they are talking about finding builders for 5 minutes. Most of the videos are full of waffle like susannah taking about how many cups of tea she has had, what she has been doing in the gym with her personal trainer etc, completely useless.
You would get the same information if you asked your next door neighbor what they thought about property, it was just random meaningless conversation with random people who had paid for susannah's course. Susannah was not teaching anything.
I paid a lot of money for this course and I did not get what I paid for. I emailed the good property company asking for a refund but my email was ignored.

Hi Richard, with respect I don't accept this review. I know feedback is important and if I felt there was truth in it, I would take it on the chin (and so something to take on board the comments to improve). However on this one your review is not correct. 1) We at our discretion refunded you, so your statement is not true about not being refunded. 2) The Beginner's Bundle is HUGE value - there are 121 lessons in there, made up of 4 distinct Masterclasses which are sold (currently for £1,500 each on my website and the bundle was £195) So price wise huge value. But more importantly, it is what folks say - and we have had near a thousand folks do this course and you are the only person who has contacted my team with a complaint. We have had tons of great comments about this course, and I have hundreds of comments in our review spreadsheet. I understand they were slow to initially respond - for that I do truly apologise as you should have been replied to pretty fast. However with complete respect to you, I cannot agree with your review. However I wish you every success in the future.
Had bad experience working with this…
Had bad experience working with this company as an investor. Eventually the deal was to make a loss, while TGPC still wanted a fee and were making a profit. This is not how property investing should work. I have pointed this out to TGPC and that numbers didn't stack up in the "deal" they sourced for our "JV" partnership, but they didn't care. Very bad experience, I'm sorry to say I do not intend to work with them any more.

Hi Jane, we're totally confused. We keep really detailed records on who has bought one of our 217 deals and we have no record of a Jane being involved in any of the transactions. We do have one Jane to whom we refunded the reservation fee as that Jane was no longer involved in a deal. This was 2015/2016. Please do get in touch to clear this up as we are confused as to what you are referring to. We're on 01179428914 and it would be lovely to hear from you as we would like to get this cleared up.
We sourced over £45 million of property for £30 million over a 4 and a half year period. We ran as a sourcing business working with investors and took a lot of care on our due diligence assessing the value of properties very carefully. For the first 42 Buy-to-Sell deals, the deals collectively for £402,000 more than we predicted which is just over £9000 per deal if it averaged out.
Our sourcing business did its job well and was phased out at the end of 2016 as part of a 5 year business plan. We have a fantastic YouTube channel and fantastic resources in property to help you guys succeed.
We care a lot about getting good results when you're doing a Buy-to-Sell project. It's always in the hands of the market despite all your attention to detail and research.
Do get in touch Jane, we really appreciate it as we want to get this sorted out and looked at as soon as possible and we really appreciate you raising it up.

I came across Susannah's YouTube Channel and was very impressed. I was sceptical about the online training, having found there are a lot of property entrepreneurs out there charging extortionate prices for very little. However, I found the modules I bought comprehensive with simple and clear instructions and formulas based on a wealth of knowledge. Be aware, they do require hard work and graft to see a return, they are not the 'get rich quick schemes' peddled by other trainers. If you're prepared to put in the effort, I think you'll benefit from Susannah's knowledge and her library of resources. Recommend!

Ollie for some reason this is my favourite review - because it is how I want my education to be for you - comprehensive with simple and clear instructions and formulas based on a wealth of knowledge. Be aware, they do require hard work and graft to see a return, they are not the 'get rich quick schemes' peddled by other trainers. If you're prepared to put in the effort, I think you'll benefit from Susannah's knowledge and her library of resources. . So thank you very much Ollie!
