And that is a very efficient review! Thank you that is very kind of you to give your opinion. We want to give you all teh systems and knowledge gained from doing 100s of deals, flips, raising finance (and paying it back) so you can get deep knowledge and succeed.
There is everything you need to support your property journey
I have found the good property company academy excellent. Susannah is extremely generous when sharing her experience, which is vast.
The academy is founded on real metrics and is supported by endless real life examples. Susannah is straightforward and engaging in style and is incredible knowledgeable.
I have found it particularly helpful that the academy is available as a podcast as well as videos. I have been able to work through the content quickly by listening when driving and at the gym!
There is great supporting documents such as fact sheet, examples of cash flow forecast and support on creating a business plan. I dip in and out of the academy documents, and facebook files, all the time when I get stuck, need a refresher or need some inspiration.
The coaching calls really help you to feel that you are part of a community and they help me to be accountable to myself on progress which I find important when working independently.
Its been a truly positive experience.

I highly recommend TGPC. I am still trying to get my head around all, but it is clear Susannah very knowledgeable, and she always gives so much valuable advice. I love her energy, enthusiasm and vibe - and her tea drinking antidotes (this always makes me smile). Susannah is a true inspiration and its such a supportive, uplifting, community to be in.

Her mathematical way to see what's needed has helped us so much in systemising and organising our day to days to reduce overwhelm and thus reduce procrastination. The ‘VERY’ Good Property Company
After spending many hours following & listening to a plethora of property ‘experts’ & gurus delivering untold property webinars, TGPC has remained my mainstay. Susannah has consistently provided high quality content that I’ve been able to put to use (at no cost) without making me wonder if I’m being sold a false dream.

Great property content!
I've recently purchased a Property flipping course and slowly going through it. It's a lot to take in as a beginner.I really appreciate that there are so many bonuses, that are included in the price of the course. Overall I am hopeful that this knowledge will help me to achieve my goals in property!!

Seeing and listening to ordinary people doing seemingly extraordinary things. I love the community experience and the sharing of learning.
Everyone is on different rungs of the ladder and you are on a continuous learning journey.
The academy is thorough and may seem like a lot to do but follow through and you will never be under prepared.

Susannah’s enthusiasm is infectious and it’s hard not to be motivated by it. I have attended quite a few of her webinars and training sessions and her delivery and knowledge of property is apparent. I am currently discussing mentoring with her and I am confident she is the right person to help me to meet my goals to scale up my property portfolio.

Great for beginners!
Susannah's academy is genuinely a great space for people to learn about how to get into different types of property investment and the community is unmatched. The coaching calls with Susannah are a great place for us to learn but also to hear about each others challenges and learn from them. The videos are informative and easy to follow, no complicated Jargon. I'm really enjoying my experience so far :)

Keeps me focused on my property project
So far, so good! I started the course a few days ago, and I'm already really pleased with it. It provides a clear, step-by-step syllabus for what to do each day, keeping me focused on my property project instead of wasting time searching for information online.
The Monday webinars are especially valuable—I get to see real people working on real projects, ask my own questions, and go through my calculations with Susannah and the team.

Celebrate the wins but also get into the detail which makes the difference and sometimes acknowledge there are speed bumps in property (and 3 am moments!) and it is not all plain sailing.
