Forward thinking cryptocurrency friendly accounting service. Spoke to them a few years ago, we kept in touch and when I needed them they could not have helped me more. Very professional, very approachable and very pleasant. Five star!

Richard and his team have been truly amazing throughout the process of filing my tax return. From the start, they established clear and concise contact and made sure they were available to answer any questions I had. They helped me when gathering everything I needed to file my tax return and had a really easy system to follow which allowed me to input everything I needed to.

For what I thought would be a stressful process when filing taxes involving crypto, Richard and his team really took all the stresses out of it. I highly recommend their services and would also like to mention Joanne and Claire who have also been such great support throughout.

We left TFA to move to another accountant who could help us with our start up business and was more local. By pure accident (yes, an oversight on my husband's part) he paid TFA £120 in error - it should have gone to my new accountant. When I contacted TfC for a refund of the £120 they said they would have to 'create us as a payee' and would charge us £60, so in essence, we lost £60 for a mistake. Friendly? Make your own mind up.

Richard and Claire are so easy to deal with and speak to. Professional, always get back to you. Responsive and explain things in a clear helpful manner.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had no experience of taxes whatsoever and needed help to sort out my very messy crypto taxes (CGT and income tax).

I was up against the clock and needed someone to basically take the load off me, work their magic and hold my hand through the whole process. This is exactly what they did and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience (yes - they made taxes a positive experience!).

The whole team I dealt with were brilliant; quick to respond, answering all of my annoying questions and very professional (yet friendly) with it. They guided me at every stage so I didn't need to try to figure the process out for myself.

Richard is a fantastic accountant and came highly recommended - I can now see why. He is very understanding of your circumstances and obviously has a solid experience with the HMRC, which makes him the ideal accountant for crypto tax issues and even late disclosures and payments (should you have any to declare!).

The advice and service I've received from The Friendly Accountants has been first class. Having been dealing in crypto since 2017, I've always hated doing my own tax returns. I've used the friendly accountants for over 2 years now since I started working self employed. I have always found them to be very competent and accommodating whenever I need their help, I'm probably not the easiest customer they have with me being kind of new to using accounting services. I have needed extra clarification for certain things that I know other clients would probably not need and they have always gone above and beyond expectations to make sure that I fully understand the complex nature of my taxes and accounts. I don't really have much to compare my experience to, I just know that they make sure that I feel satisfied and less overwhelmed after each communication.
