Very disappointed with the first impression of this so called friendly accountant. After finding them online I needed to speak to someone very briefly regarding a couple of questions I had prior to completing their online form and was told I couldn't speak to anyone and had to fill out the form first. This sets the tone for future business and how they would potentially deal with me if I needed quick advice or help. With all businesses it’s essential to allow potential customers to put a voice to the name especially when they are potentially spending thousands of pounds.
On the face of it the company looked to be exactly what we needed and only just down the road but we will now find an alternative in what seems to be saturated market.

Outstanding service from TFA. With the Self-Assessment deadline looming, they prepared and filed my personal tax return incredibly quickly and without any fuss.
