I placed an order on March 13th, 2025. They took my money but after 3 weeks, I have not received my package and my two attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. I’m disappointed to see several people here are dealing with similar issues.

I am writing to you just to have more information about the delivery of the order I have done.

Still waiting for my order , payment taken 21 st March, no reply to my email

I submitted an order TFC20704 14th Jan. The book was never shipped or delivered, but payment (£30) was taken the day after the order. I e-mailed the email address on the website on 24 Jan and never had a response. I also tried to phone the mobile number on the website but never had an answer and only been able to leave a voicemail.

Following this review on 28 Feb TheFootballCoach immediately answered my second e-mail sent 28 Feb and contacted me and shipped the book which arrived the following week.

I ordered a notepad beginning of January 2025. Unfortunately, the order was confirmed but still not shipped out. It is February 2025 and still no reaction per mail/phone.

The quick service was fascinating.

The guide is a very good reference for coaching tips and ideas but there should also be links to video examples
