I placed my order on June 13, 2026, and selected the European Standard shipping option, which was advertised as taking 7–9 days. More than two and a half weeks later, I still haven't received any shipping confirmation or update on my order.

I have contacted customer support to ask if there has been an issue with my order, but this delay without any communication is very disappointing.

After experiencing this, I searched online and found many reviews from other customers describing similar issues, including orders that were never delivered and poor customer service. I still hope my order will eventually arrive, but at this point I am concerned that I may have lost my money. I sincerely hope the company proves these concerns wrong and resolves my order as soon as possible.

Learning never ✋! Quality not Quantity!

Order never arrived had to chase up and after numerous messages over varied platforms I finally received a response. Books arrived after approximately 2.5 weeks in the end. Very disappointed with standard of content throughout all the books. Taking the ‘50+ sessions from professional clubs’ book, drills poorly explained, written information not matching up with drill and diagrams incorrectly created. I purchased these books to help my coaching progression and whilst there have been a few tricks I have picked up, I believe that all the books needed to be reviewed and revised to make sure all information is correct and accurate before releasing. Whilst some of the books are interesting with standard of books, slowness of order and poor customer service. I unfortunately would probably not order again which is a shame.

I have bought nearly everything they have released as I love the detail, and find I can combine concepts from books to get progression on the same theme.
I haven’t found it smooth sailing though - some of the earlier books in particular gave lots of typos, and grammatical errors which are annoying when you’re trying to understand the exercises.
There have also been some delays with delivery times. The books can take an age to arrive.
However, I always found the guys to be responsive and eager to help - and they looked to fix things quickly.
The guys are sooo close to the perfect product!!

A fantastic tool, which has supported me in building effective sessions. Simple and efficient for producing detailed plans.

Really great technical detail, bought a bundle and have got through most of them so far. There are some typos as suggested but nothing that has0 impacted my ability to read the text.

Didn’t rechive the product. Reached out to the company 3 times but they didn’t reply

Really helped me when it came to my A licence, wish I’d came across it sooner.

Great platform to learn from

I placed an order for 5 books in December (over $200 total), and it took more than two weeks just to receive any shipping confirmation. When the package finally arrived about a month and a half later, it only contained ONE book.

I contacted customer service and initially received a response apologizing and confirming they would resend the full order. However, the issues only continued.

By February, I was informed by the shipping company that the package was damaged in transit and could not be delivered. They also stated they were trying to contact The Football Coach to arrange new delivery but were not receiving any response.

Since then, I have emailed The Football Coach weekly for updates and a resolution, and they have completely stopped responding.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift from my dad, it is now April, and I have neither received my order nor a refund. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

My partner ordered 5 books in December and only received 1. After multiple delays, a damaged shipment, and paying customs fees, he still has nothing. They now stopped replying to his emails and won't give a refund or send the full order.

I ordered two books, but after two weeks I only received one. I still haven’t received any tracking information for the second book and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I've tried contacting the company multiple times, I sent two emails, messaged them on Instagram, and even tried calling the number listed (which doesn’t work) but I haven’t received any response at all. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I've still not received my purchase, which is a E-Book so no reason for any delay. It has been a few weeks now?

Great books had a few over the season easy to understand and put in to practice would highly recommend

The product is great and exactly what was expected. The only problem was having to chase it up due to supplier issues.

I’m a bit disappointed as I paid more for the books in physical copy, and a lot of words are missing unfortunately.

Ordered a book from this company nearly a month ago and have received no communication other than a confirmation email. I have no tracking updates and the company have not responded to my query.
