Terrible experience
Terrible experience, would never use again. Simple job, but carpet still delayed. No communication from the store that there was a delay, found out from the fitter. Impacted other work in the room to be carpeted and led to damage being caused by the fitter which was beyond normal fitting damage. And the company’s response to my complaint is to basically ignore it and not communicate. Still awaiting a response.

Wooden floor and carpet samples
Just bought wood flooring for our kitchen and hallway. Looks great and really pleased with the result. Staff in store very helpful. Just ordered carpet samples, website a bit clunky, but generally all good.

Fantastic service. Great selection of carpets. Really responsive and helpful when I was booking a fitting and installation appointment. Very easy to talk to an actual person rather than an online chat or chat or. The fitters were brilliant - the quality of the fit is excellent and they even managed to use leftovers to fill in a cupboard that we had left off the plan. Thank you so much to all of the team.
