The Flooring Guys Recensioni

Tom is truly professional. I compared several companies and found that they were all offering the same products, but The Flooring Guys had the most competitive prices. Great service and excellent value for money. 100% recommended!

I’m very pleased with the results of the flooring done by the highly experienced Flooring Guys team. The owner (Tom) quickly returned my calls and clearly stated everything necessary for my installation with suggestions, which was helpful as it’s my first time having renovation done. I was also impressed with the quality and speed of the installation process, thank you Tom!

Outstanding service from The Flooring Guys!

I have bought rugs from here before, consistently good quality and are just as they are displayed on the website. They are easy to clean and stay looking great.

The communication is good throughout tracking. They are very competitive with prices. The rug is a little slippy on my tiles so I bought some carpets grips to hold it in place. The rug is of good quality and thickness.

Excellent! Love the rug and this was the best price I could find amongst many stockists. Thank you!

Great thanks to Tom and Ross in the Slack Creek store for helping us decide on our new hybrid floor. We encountered issues with our subfloor condition and were asking for professional advice from them through a phone call. Tom answered our concern during the inspection and was willing to take initiatives to coach us on resolving the issue. Ross helped us in deciding the suitable products (which is often the hardest part to decide...) with a brief product comparison in their warehouse. My partner and I are very happy with the work done by their installers, which is very efficient as well. Definitely recommend them for the service, and just pop in to the warehouse to actually see the product! (It is so much different from the website photo)

Very happy with the ease of purchasing my jute rug for under my dining table .
It looks great, shipped quickly and lovely quality .
I will purchase again .

Purchased BestBuys French Oak Hybrid Herringbone Flooring, freighted to Cairns, QLD. Unable to DIY fit this product, only person who can fit this product is the flooring guys own technician. Spent months going back and forth with [Name Removed] (would not answer, would not reply to calls, texts or emails) from the company, had local floor layer come over to try and lay it, no success. the product is faulty and not for DIY. They finally took back product (3 months later), 2 pallets worth. Freight cost to ship to us was $400. on refunding they kept $1400!!! Faulty product should have received all money paid back.

We recently had engineered timber flooring installed by The Flooring Guys, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

From the initial consultation to the final install, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand our design goals and recommended the best timber options to suit our space, lifestyle, and budget.

Extremely rude person at the Willoughby showroom. He did not want to tell me if stock was available. Ask me to come to their showroom which is far away from me and hung up before I could say "Good Bye". Completely unacceptable business manners.
How can you deal with customers like this ? If their service and work as good as the customer service ... I would not give them much

Excellent price point, quality and fast delivery. Happy my rug was made in Turkey, not China, and certified to not use child labour. Feels soft and looks perfect. Contemporary yet with nods to classic design. Have received many compliments already.

Quality products at a competitive price. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They even identified an overpayment I had made and refunded it straight away.q

Great looking rug. Good value
Had a strong smell that took 3 days to stop. Sheds a lot - like having a pet

I love my new Arabella Grey Rug. It was exactly as described, quality is excellent and the service and delivery was great.

I bought two rugs in the same style — one was great, but the quality of the second one was not the same. It looks faded and the colour doesn’t match, which is really disappointing because they were bought for the same room. No problem with the store itself, but the quality of the second rug was not good.

The flooring guys Willoughby Benjamin and Jason have done a fantastic job laying my hybrid floors. Benjamin and Jason gave me good advice and options which other companies did not. The quote was straight forward with all the pricing nothing hidden. They are a very hard working team, I highly recommend them. They are professional, trust worthy, hard working and very good at what they do. My job was hard with lots of stairs and in a difficult location. My floor look amazing. I love the colour warm walnut. I could not be happier. Please make sure to look at the reviews on The Flooring Guys Willoughby website for all there positive reviews.

Really happy with The Flooring Guys especially couple Charlie & Tina. Looks amazing once finished.

Tried to order paid samples
Never arrived, couldn’t get any response through any communication method offered.
Would avoid

WARNING!! Do not deal with these guys, I put in an online order on the 2nd September and after several weeks trying to get some information re delivery nobody would respond to my calls, finally I was told my delivery was on its way, 2 weeks on still no tiles, was told yes they are on there way.. nothing but lies.. they finally gave me a refund.. lol that’s not what I call good service.
