Great deals!

I’ve just joined The Family Travel Club and so far my experience has been smooth and positive. The website is easy to navigate, and everything is clearly laid out. I haven’t booked anything yet, but I’m looking forward to seeing how useful the deals and tips are for future family trips.

Their content looks great and I cant wait to search deeper into what we could possibly be doing in 2026. Money is tough for everyone right now so to have that extra bit of support from a family who enjoy travelling themselves and have experienced it, is really helpful :)

As a family we always look to others…

As a family we always look to others for advice when booking holiday and this is the best place possible to get that advice. I wouldn’t go past the two lads to point you in the right direction for unforgettable affordable family holidays.

Don't sign up!

Cancellation policy is not at all clear. You are automatically re enrolled every year. In my opinion there was not many holidays for a family of 5 during the Summer holidays when children are off school, July and August. I messaged the company for help finding a holiday and got no reply.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating. That said, we do need to clarify a few important points, as some of the information shared here is not accurate.

Firstly, we provide clear cancellation instructions on our website at all times. Members can cancel easily by following the steps outlined there, and we also respond promptly to any cancellation or support queries sent to our support team.

Regarding school holiday travel:
We regularly and actively share School Holiday deals, including Winter, Easter, and Summer 2026 School Holiday offers, all of which are currently live inside the club. These include exclusive discounts that have saved our members hundreds of euros/pounds, offering a strong return on the minimal membership cost of €1 / £1 per month.

We are also concerned by the statement that you have “been paying for the last few years without knowing.”
For clarity, any memberships created before 1st January 2025 were not set up on automated renewal, meaning this situation would not be possible. For that reason, this claim appears to be incorrect.

Additionally, your review states that you did not open our emails, yet also describes the deals as “really bad.” It’s difficult to understand how the quality of our deals could be assessed if the emails were not opened.

If there is any genuine issue with your membership, we would very much welcome the opportunity to resolve it quickly. Please email support@thefamilytravelclub.com

We’re all going on a summer holiday…

Have been keeping an eye on Thefamilytravelclub for a while and joined a couple of weeks ago. I can’t believe some of the offers and the fact that someone has thought to share their findings so we can all have the chance to go on holiday. Can’t wait to follow up and book from one of the awesome trips featured. Thanks for doing all the hard work for us 😃
