You want to see what exceeding expectation is, this company does it. they bend backwards for you. When I came across this company I thought their reviews were fake and could not believe they had so many positive reviews, but after doing business with them and WOWing me with exceeded my expectation, I have no doubt they are all legit.

I have used this company twice
I have used this company twice. I have had two concerns. The first was addressed immediately. The second was ignored.
The packaging of my order was unacceptable. For this reason alone I will not return. I have no idea whether I got what was ordered or not. The previous order was packaged appropriately.
Customer service should always rise not decline.

We here at The Executive Advertising do strive to provide excellent customer service and quality products and regretted to find that you don’t feel you got that from us. Per our phone conversation with you yesterday afternoon we will be taking the feedback regarding how the items in your second order were packaged and relaying that information that factory. As our items do ship from different factories across the country it does appear that the first order you received was from a different factory than the second order which would explain why the items were packaged differently. We do hope that you would be willing to give our company another try in the future. If you do, please don’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns at all or requests regarding the way the items are packaged and we will do our very best to work with the factories to accommodate those requests.

I am very impressed with the customer service and production time with Executive Advertising. I had ordered a few hundred stress balls and contacted them about a small portion of them having factory imperfections. They immediately responded to my concerns with a replacement order before I could even check back in! We will definitely be working with them in the future.

I’m very impressed with their product & …
I’m very impressed with their product & customer service. My last order arrived with the wrong color print. I notified them on a Monday about the error & the replacement order was completed & I received by Thursday of the same week. They even let me keep the wrong order for free :). Laurie was great & easy to work with & I will recommend them to fellow business owners.

Great product and prices, shipping issues on re-order
My company placed an order last year and it was shipped to PA for a trade show. This year we reordered the same item but asked for it to go to our HQ in TX. When we received the order conf it showed PA and we called and asked it to go to TX again. Later when looking at the TN, the material was still sent to PA. They did re-route it back to Texas but it caused significant delays. Fortunately we ordered in ample time otherwise our product would not have been here for the trade show. Customer service did apologize and we will still order from this company again.

Ordered some customized fortune cookies from them. Melissa was VERY helpful in getting the order through despite a couple of issues with the factory. Everything worked out at the end. 5 stars.

Watch who you trust!!!!!
Have ordered a number of items from Executive Advertising and have thus far been satisfied, but wanted to order from the Cyber Monday ad, just can foam coolers, order came to $140.00 and shipping and handling was $157.00. Watch Out.

Hi Bruce. We appreciate you shopping and your feedback. Our Stand-up Foam Can Coolers #333519 is the item you are speaking of, and it's on sale for .$29 for this week only. These are the non-collapsible coolers, (they don't fold up and remain bulky). UPS/Fedex charge dimensional weight when shipping products like this. If you have a UPS or Fedex shipper account number, we'll be happy to ship your order on that and not charge shipping for your order at all, to do this option just contact customer service or request a quote online. These will ship 100 per carton - each carton with dimensional weight is estimated at about $30-35 depending on where we are shipping to. If you are ordering 500 units, that would be about $150 in shipping - which looks like what you were ordering. We had our IT department double check out shipping cost - and it's actually lower than what Fedex is quoting us. We offer these huge Cyber Monday Sales once a year as a "thank you" to our customers, and not to rip them off or lose the trust of our customers.
