I ordered 78 shot glasses but When I received them 8 glasses are broken. I claimed immediately but actually they sent me "84 glasses" !! so it means I just missing only 2 glasses and they give me credit.
I love this company.

My recent order with TEA went as smooth as I could've hoped. After placing my order, my artwork proof was created within minutes, and it was approved right away. The light up pendants were produced and shipped in a fairly aggressive time period and delivered before my 'in hand' date. The items were packed well and the imprint was high quality. I would not hesitate using TEA for future promotional orders.

I had to change two times my item because there were not available at the time,.
We received the sanitizers but most of them were not perfectly closed and no liquid inside so we had to buy sanitizer to refill the little containers you sent.
Order arrived on time, Chelsea was super professional, and nice.

The Handsanitizers were great!!!! I used them as a souvenir for a birthday party.

The design team spent lots of time going through several different iterations of the laser etch. They were very honest about what might not look the best and helpful suggesting a better solution.
The pens are very high quality, and my clients love them.

I am an executive board member of Student Nurses Association, and we ordered customized syringe pens. They were awesome! People loved the product, and it was a great way of getting our organization around the campus. Customer service was excellent likewise. I was contacted very shortly after some issues had occurred, and it was resolved in a quick and easy manner.

I placed my order and received it DAYS before I got the shipping confirmation from The Executive Advertising. So so so fast.

The product looks great, and I appreciated their suggestions around color.

Our company had decided to refresh our convention look with one of the spandex table cloths from Executive Advertising. After working back and forth on many attempts with the graphics team we were finally able to secure the look we wanted. Upon receiving the finished (beautiful) table cloth I realized I had measured incorrectly. With just over 2 wks to spare Rebecca Switzer, single-handedly made sure I received the revised product, with a day to spare, in the specific off site location I provided. This would have resulted in complete failure had it not been for her and the staff here.

I have had many opposing experiences in my career when dealing with companies both large and small. Often the large companies are the ones who fall short with customer service. The process was executed by Executive Advertising the way it should always be, prompt, informative and delivering according to schedule.

Was nervous to place order - if it looked bad I just wasted money and was stuck with 2000 ugly match books.
But Executive Advertising did a great job! They sent me templates to review and also advised me of delivery date. I most certainly would order again from them.
