Great advice, easy to understand quote, straightforward job done. All the people that I had contact with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They scheduled the install around our shift patterns and the whole thing went without any significant issues.
The thing I find that I judge companies on is the people and The Edinburgh Boiler staff I found were exceptional.

We recently had solar panels installed and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything clearly, kept us updated throughout the process, and left the site clean and tidy when they finished.
The installation itself was smooth and the system has been performing great so far. We’re already seeing the benefits and feel confident we made the right decision. Really pleased
Really pleased with my heat pump installation. The survey and initial quote were provided by a colleague (I dont recall his name) who was credible and happy to talk through details and his previous experience. Scott and his installation team were great - thorough explanations, punctual, patient with my naughty dog and thoughtful about placement of new radiators and pipes - couldn't recommend them highly enough. Kaitlin and Anna in the office were helpful in getting through the funding paperwork too. A great company.

Solar Upgrade with The Edinburgh Boiler Company
We used The Edinburgh Boiler Company for our solar upgrade and the whole experience from their first visit to design the system for our needs/layout to the installation and setting up has been fantastic! Rick undertook the design and and was always available to answer our questions to make sure we got it right. The installation team ( Gareth, Sam, Connor and Kieran) were outstanding in their care of our home and quality of the work undertaken was first class. We now have an upgraded solar panel system with all in one batter/inverter and back up for when the power goes out! The scaffolding company came a week after completion to remove their stuff and were equally professional and efficient. Rick has monitored our system for us in the first few weeks to make sure all is working well and we cannot thank them enough for making the whole process so stress free! I would also like to say a big thank you to Abby and Anna in the office for maintaining excellent communication with us throughout the whole journey and always there to help!

Installation of air source heat pump
I have just had an air source heat pump installed, including new radiators and pipework. Scott, Daniel and Sean did an amazing job, working so hard to complete the work in a short time frame. They were communicative, clearly explaining what they were doing. They made a real effort to do the job as with as little disruption as possible leaving the place clean and tidy.

Solar and Battery Installation
After contacting The Edinburgh Boiler Company about installing a solar PV and battery system, Colin arranged to visit my home to discuss my requirements. From the outset he presented a very professional image, arriving in a branded company vehicle and uniform, which immediately gave confidence in the company.
Rather than simply trying to sell a system, Colin took the time to understand my needs, explained the available options and made sensible recommendations. My quotation was emailed promptly and Colin then talked through it with me over the phone, answering all of my questions. Although it wasn't the cheapest quote I received, I felt it represented the best overall value for the quality of equipment, installation and service, so I decided to go ahead.
Throughout the process, Katlyn and Anna in the office were excellent. They organised all the appointments efficiently, kept me informed and were always helpful whenever I had a question.
The installation itself was equally impressive. The scaffolding was erected beforehand as planned and, on installation day, Annette, Chris, Sam, Reece and Robert all arrived on time. Before starting work they walked me through the installation, explained everything clearly and discussed the best locations for the equipment. I appreciated that they listened to my views while also offering their professional recommendations.
The roof installation and cabling were completed neatly, and on the second day Robert returned to complete the inverter and battery installation. He took the time to demonstrate the system, set up the monitoring app and made sure I was comfortable using it before leaving.
My solar PV system is now performing very well, producing excellent daily generation figures, and I am delighted with the finished installation.
Overall, The Edinburgh Boiler Company has provided a professional, well-organised and customer-focused service from the initial enquiry through to completion. Every member of the team I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and took pride in their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering a solar and battery installation.

Save yourself the risk of poor installment
We had these come out a couple months ago to install our boiler. The misquoted us how long it would take. The engineer was rude. They accidentally flooded our dining room and because of the hour, we were left to clean up most of it. On top of all that, they left a wire exposed that was touching our water pipe. Within a month it was conducting electricity to our appliances in our kitchen resulting in us getting shocked.
Save yourself the time and go with someone who knows what they’re doing and won’t create more issues for you than they solve.

First class Service…
On Monday of this week I discovered leaking water from my toilet.Having suffered water damage in the past,this was extremely stressful.Luckily I have opted for Edinburgh Boilers Gold Aftercare cover,which includes all internal plumbing.
I phoned Hollie who quickly arranged for Scott to come out on Tuesday.He worked diligently to fix the repair but,unfortunately, it was not fully fixed.SoI phoned Hollie back and she arranged for Ross to come out who, quickly detected the problem and fixed it completely.

1st class service… lovely engineers
The guys from EBC were so great.. My mum is elderly and they were so patient and kind with her…explaining several times what work was being carried out & how to operate the boiler & radiators… .They were both extremely respectful and professional..They laid carpet protectors throughout the property and were efficient clean and highly professional… The finished result was perfect and the boiler left in a way my mum could understand how to operate… High quality fittings & exceptional customer service… 5 stars definitely..
