Just the kickstart I needed!
This is the best change I have made in my life ever!
Claire and Lee have put in all the hard work to make this the easiest and tastiest way to eat clean, well and healthily.
I look and feel a million times better than before and can’t imagine having the success I’ve had on this plan without them. Highly recommended.

The back up service from Lee and Claire is second to none

The dietarian is a fantastic eating…
The dietarian is a fantastic eating plan. I started last January and in less than 5 months I had lost an amazing 3stone and 6 pounds. It’s structured on the 5:2 diet but without the hassle of the shopping, chopping and cooking, you just have to eat what’s in your bag snd the weight drops off you!!! Really easy to order online and have the food delivered straight to your door. Everyone should give this fantastic eating plan a go.

Six stone weight loss, such an easy plan. The Dietarian prepare your food and then you simply eat what is in your daily bag. Best diet I have been on and the food tastes amazing 💕

Still early days for me with The Dietarian, however so far I’ve been really pleased with the results. Lee and Claire are very friendly and very helpful, and really support you on your weight loss journey. Clare's recipes are delicious, full of quality local ingredients… and they are good for you: ensuring you get a good balanced diet!. Deliveries are always on time and made by the lovely Lesley . I would highly recommend using The Dietarian.

Outstanding all round and highly recommended!
Outstanding all round. The engagement from the team, the support, encouragement and importantly the actual food quality itself which is highly recommended. I have been on the plan now for 12 days and managed to shift 15lbs which I am absolutely delighted with. I have never felt deprived of food and love how the menu for the week changes! Could not recommend The Dietarian more to get results!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, food taste amazing. When I first ordered I wasn’t sure what to expect. The presentation and instructions of the items are so carefully put together. I actually couldn’t believe how much food you got and so well portioned out.

Brilliant company, great service
Really delicious, calorie counted meals which helped me to reframe my eating and lose weight in the process. Everything arrived fully prepped and ready to eat. Highly recommend.
