Just finished my first week of my 2 fast days and what lovely well thought out food. The packaging is great and each meal has been great quality and tasty.

Ww have been using The Dietarian for over a year now, five days a week. Food is delivered on time, well packaged and is always a varied menu. Always tasty and healthy. I lost 2 stone and have maintained the weight loss. The philosophy is simple - just eat what is in the box!

I use this and I love the food - its so tasty and consistently good quality. I lost weight on this by doing 2 days a week and felt much healthier . It worked out good value for money and my wife ordered extra salads for lunches as she loved the taste and ease so much. Great food

I am on day 3 of my first week and I am more than impressed! The food is absolutely delicious! I am also impressed by the portion sizes! I coped really well with my first fasting day- you look forward to the delicious healthy food & that helps! I would 100% recommend this plan!

It is just so easy! Eat what is in the bag! The quality, taste and quantities of food are brilliant. Never hungry and even in fasting days it’s enough! Kept at it and after three weeks lost 11 pounds. Seems to have kick started everything again. Thank you!

Cant reccomend this diet enough !!! I run a busy B&B on my own and dont always get time to eat well etc but by joining the Dietarian its like having your own personal chef!! No more shopping, cooking etc just really tasty meals that fill you up and are really varied.You lose weight easily but enjoy your meals.
Try it !! You certainly wont regret it !!!!

The Dietarian vegetarian food is just delicious. The food is fresh, filling and varied. The salads are my favourite as the combination of pulses and salad keeps you feeling full.

Great end to end service

Lost 3 stone in 6 months without it feeling like I was on a diet.
Work has been crazy so the whole “only eat what’s in the bag” concept was so helpful as I did not have to food plan.

The 5 day plan proved to be very cost effective when I worked out how much I saved from my weekly shops.

The food was lovely and varied so I never got bored of eating the the same stuff.

To top it off, the service has been excellent- effective delivery process and great motivational tips. Nothing better than supporting what appears to be a lovely family business.

I have tried every diet under the sun and always failed a few weeks in UNTIL I discovered The Dietarian. I now realise that the reason I failed was due to my laziness of having to cook a healthy meal and would just snack on something much less healthy instead. The Dietarian takes everything into account whereby they have every meal and every snack prepared for you for each day and you just need to lift it from the fridge, heat and eat! The food is delicious, flavoursome and varied which keeps you on track. I lost every single week for 5 months and shed just over 3 stone and I am still on my journey! I would highly recommend The Dietarian if you are looking to become a healthier version of yourself and you will look and feel amazing in the process!

I can't thank The Dietarian enough for all the help they gave me.I lost 4 stone in 6 months ,I took on the full boxes,which consisted of perfectly balanced meals and snacks,and everything was planned out for you,which helped me 100%.
I have tried numerous diet plans but have never lost as much weight in such a short period of time.
The Dietarian is the best diet I have ever done,and the weight loss speaks for itself.
