I discovered Cool Cat Club when my kitten Bear was 5 months old. Before this, we had tried other brands like KatKins, Untamed and Scrumbles. He hated KatKins and sort of went off the other two. Bear, who is now nearly 2 years old has been bought up eating Cool Cat Club and he loves it. People have commented how good his fur looks and the vets have said he is a healthy boy. We haven’t had any upset tummy issues and we always have clean bowls.

The customer service at Cool Cat Club is second to none. We had an issue with the courier company that deliver the food around Good Friday (no fault of CCC) but it left us without any food. We received a lovely phone call from one of the supervisors at the CCC and he was able to resolve the issue quickly. We always get our food on time now! Definitely a company that cares. We love the little special touches that CCC does… The handwritten postcard addressed to my furbabies and the 3 taster items you can pick for them and being able to donate to a cat shelter. We have now donated 65 food pouches.

We have recently rescued a kitten called Bella who sadly was rescued from a home where she was only allowed to eat human food. When she found her forever home with us, we knew we had to introduce her to the best food there is. She now eats Cool Cat Club with her brother and she LOVES it. She likes to finish her food quickly and tries to steal her brothers, that’s how much she enjoys it. When we adopted her she was a tiny, underweight kitten and now she is a chonky, happy girl who can’t wait for her food to be served.

I have two Siamese kittens who are both really enjoying the food. I like that there’s a good choice of flavours and the ones highlighted to me were suitable for kittens. The food looks nice and smells nice not at all like supermarket cat food but more like the food we eat. I also like that there’s a choice of flakes or smooth pate. it is great being delivered to the door as well. I know it is a small thing, but I really liked the packaging covered in pictures of cats! It made it a nice play box for the kittens once they had finished unloading the food as they were very interested in this delivery!! Food is all ambient and suits their delicate tummy’s.

My two ragdolls absolutely hoover up the dry food. They have mixed feelings about the wet food; generally they like the tins more than the pouches, but seems to depend how they are feeling on the day. Reasonably priced compared to other foods of similar quality.

Only took one star off as I wish it was easier to send stuff back. I would like to return the pouches and buy more of the tins, but they charge £8 for return postage. If I used my own courier it would be less than this, but that doesn't seem to be an option. I would also prefer more transparency around the price; it would be good to see a price breakdown as you are adding things to the subscription, rather than going back and forth editing things to see how it changes the price.

My kitten absolutely hoovers up their food, he’s never been a fussy eater luckily but he’s never licked his bowl clean as quickly as with cool cat club. Service is great and super easy to change the contents or delivery dates of boxes. Love how much variety they offer too, much better than competitors with only a small handful of flavours.

The company is doing great. My cat loves the meat and their selection is very good

I cant comment on the food yet as thats down to my cat and she is very fussy! But i am here to rate the customer service i have received. I wanted to try their trial box and i have a cat who is 1. Fussy and 2. Diagnosed with IMHA meaning she cannot eat chicken. I emailed to ask for an adjustment to the trial box and they responded promptly and catered to my cats needs.

My little lady loves the food! I also love the little notes that the team send my cat - it's the highlight of my day.

Great company I ordered the trial box and it was delivered the next day, the food is high quality and my cat absolutely loves it so much so I had to get his box early , lots to choose from his fav is the fish varieties 😊, the box comes neatly packed and the puns are free 😃

Great selection of foods to suit all cats; both in flavour and consistency, at fantastic value. High meat /fish contents, with the convenience of being larder kept and not fridge/freezer. Personalised, handwritten notes arrive addressed to my cat with each delivery (great touch), and lots of free samples. Delivery is quick. Highly recommend.

Our cat Bella Loves your food, she can’t get enough. The last food she was having, she would eat a small amount, but would leave most of it and eat her dried food instead. Our Dog Star thought this was great, as she would eat the rest. Now Star is not that Lucky as Bella eats everything in her bowl.

Got the trial box and e-mailed them to say my cat not keen on pate so they put tins and pouches in to suit. Great website where you can change date, pause a month and easily change choices. Lots of food choice and can get samples. Good quick free delivery - can even state preferred delivery company. Ordered my first months subscription this week. Great small company

Excellent customer service. The little hand written notes included in each box are a lovely touch and really do make you feel appreciated. My cat loves the variety of meals and very rarely leaves anything in her dish.
