Very good friendly service. Excellent variety of food/flavours. So far all three of my cats love it.

There is a really good selection of good nutritional food. I feel safe knowing that my cats are getting exactly what they need. I really like that you can choose samples for my cats to try. I have found it really difficult to find something they like and it seems we might have found it.

My cat loves the Cool Cat food. There's a really wide selection of sugar free food available and the staff leave nice notes for my cat!

They state no added sugar but add tapioca starch which is a carbohydrate and converts to glucose . Do your research before buying pet food .

Great company doing a great job. I like the different choices as some my cat is not as keen on. He loves the dried treats. I love the note sent to him in the box of food. Very thoughtful.

My 14 year old girl seems to have become increasingly bored of the texture and flavours of the good but VERY expensive cat meat (Katkin) I was feeding her. It did improve her poop and the smell though so I wanted to find somewhere else that continued to help with that and had more variety in the available flavours AND have different textures AND be kinder to my bank account AND not use most of my freezer storing her food. Step in cool cat club.
So far, she LOVES the textures and seems to enjoy the fillet ones that come in tins.
I can also try out different ones out on her as I go with their sample packs at 75p. Just add them to my regular order.
There's fillet (tin), flakes (pouch), chunks (pouch), smooth (tin) and dry food (packet) of varying flavours (chicken, pig, duck, cow, tuna salmon, mackerel, shrimp) to chose from.
Best of all, it's great value for money and you have full control of your account/subscription and they even send your cat a little note.
The taster box is really good value at £5 and has a great variety of their products for your puss to try.
My only small gripe is I prefer to pay via PayPal and they don't offer that.

Brilliant company, the food is fantastic quality! I've never seen my cat so happy with his food and in such a good mood after meals. The delivery time and customer support are great too, love the branding as well!

My cat didn’t like it at all very disappointed would like the jelly or gravy then leave all the chunks! I really wanted this to work as the reviews are great unfortunately not for my fussy cat

Really lovely subscription company. Personalised boxes with letters addressed to my cat and tons of texture and flavour options to suit all cat’s preferences. The taster box allowed me to observe what my cat enjoys most. Really simple and accessible to switch up your subscription options online also.

Millie has tried the two new flavours chicken and liver and chicken and goats milk flakes she polished them off 😻.love the variety.Millie can have digestive issues sometimes but rarely happens with Thier products.love it.Can pause when ever you like and change what you want easily every month.Also they donate five pouches per subscription to a shelter which impressed me.Cant imagine using any one else.

I’ve been so impressed with the cool cats club’s food. My cat loves it! It seems really good quality, and there’s loads of variety. That’s what has impressed me the most, there are a few companies doing good quality cat food at the moment, but none I’ve seen that has the variety of flavours and textures like CCC. My cat Pedro is a big fan! Very speedy delivery, great customer service, not too bulky packaging and an easy to use website and subscription service. All brilliant, thanks very much.

The samples were a wonderful idea, gave Teddy chance to see what he liked, he’s such a fuss pot.
Ordered his final choice, so far so good, he’s eating them…. Great that I can order further samples for when he changes his mind!…

My cat is new to The Cool Cat Club, but he is enjoying the quality and variety available.

There is a wide variety of tins and pouches, and dried food.

The variety is amazing – from salmon to chicken to tuna, there’s always something new to try. The quality is top-notch, and I can tell it’s made with care. Each box feels like it’s been packed just for us – it’s personal, thoughtful, and honestly, it makes me smile every time it arrives.

My very fussy cats absolutely adore your food! Best move we have made as cat parents!

I've spent the last 6 months trying to find a good quality food for my cat as she's always been fed cheap, not great quality food which didn't have great meat content and she'd be sick after eating fairly often.

First I tried raw food, but she wouldn't touch that at all no matter what kind. Then I tried 2 different fresh food companies, one she went off after about a month and never really seemed to enjoy it that much (would leave the bowl unfinished for ages), the second company she seemed to mostly like but it was absolutely extortionate and it was starting to cost more than it does to feed my two large raw fed dogs!

Finally, I came across The Cool Cat Club while searching for other options, and it's absolutely a game changer! She didn't like the chunk or smooth recipes which I knew she wouldn't, but she absolutely loves the flake and fillet kind and almost always finishes the bowl immediately!

In addition to my cat really liking it, you can visibly see that this food is good quality. It's so much more resemblent of actual meat compared to typical supermarket cat food, the fish and poultry kinds look vastly different as they should, and you can see actual chunks of fish and small bones in the ocean fish flakes and small amounts of organ meat in some of the fillet recipes.

Better yet is how affordable it is, it's much cheaper than any fresh or raw brand I could find and cheaper than alot of premium petshop/supermarket brands despite being much better quality!

Fingers crossed my cat won't suddenly decide she doesn't like this as she has with other foods, but so far it's going great.
