I am really pleased!! The Cool Cat Club is a genuine and trustworthy company. I placed an order and put the wrong amount (completely my fault). They were really quick to sort it out, refunded me the overpayment and sent me the revised order with no problems. I would highly recommend them and give them 5 stars!!

I've just cancelled my subscription today because I need to put my cat on a special diet, but I've been using the Cool Cat Club for a few years and they've been excellent. My cat is fussy but she liked the food and the flexibility of being able to change when she decided she didn't like something was really useful. You can delay your order for a long time, which is great if your cat has a small diet, like ours. It's easy to delay, easy to change selection and today cancelling was extraordinarily simple! I find the prices are good too, probably better than supermarket rubbish. Definitely recommend

Milo enjoys most of the food

My cats are my babies and the youngest one has vomited once or twice a week after food since she chose to come live with us as my other cat has never vomited or struggled with hair balls we thought this was normal and something we just had to get used too. We had tried a few different high street brands and nothing changed. Since your trial we are now on week two of no vomit. Little cat (Vada) is so much happier and my big girl (India) is over the moon she's not getting left out.

I can honestly say, I’m over the moon. I have been feeding my year and a half ragdoll purina gourmet perle, however he was very fussy with it and would leave his plate with over half the food left. He was looking a bit greasy and he was malting like crazy, I’ve never known something like it. We have recently introduced a beautiful little kitten to the household, who was raised on whiskas, which he (like my ragdoll) would leave ALOT of his food and would just pick at it, which I knew is very unlike him becuase he is a massive food lover. Anyways, I went digging, and found Cool Cat Club. We have recently tried untamed, katkin and marrow which was all rejected by both cats, they weren’t fussed about it at all. We received our trial box for Cool Cat Club a few days ago, it arrived quickly, came beautifully packaged (I’m a sucker for good packaging) and the cats were INSTANTLY interested. Again, a shocker! Since trying the trial box food with both of them, there’s been clean plates at every meal time and my eldest cat has even been begging for more throughout the day (he has never been fussed about food so this is a massive suprise!)

All meals are of fantastic quality, there’s so much real meat in it that’s actually visible, and whole fish fillets mixed in a couple of the pouches!! The fish definitely seems to be a fan favourite so far! It all looks very appetising, with the meat being ACTUAL MEAT and looking like food I could eat (I’m not going to 😉). It’s all been wolfed down.

Now obviously for 2 cats, it’s not cheap. Coming in at £97.99 for 2 cats a month, it’s definitely money I’ll have to put money aside to pay it. However, I don’t feel like it’s a waste of money at all. I have thrown away ridiculous amounts of supermarket food, that I’m just pleased they’re eating it all (and enjoying it!)

The fact that this is also delivered to my door is a MASSIVE advantage, as I don’t get on with supermarkets and find them very overstimulating, making buying cat food a chore. This has saved me so much stress, I couldn’t be happier.

Lastly, the options to chose from on the app, makes it so easy to personalise each box to your cat, there’s so much choice for every cat. My older ragdoll cat goes on and off different flavours, so I know I’ll always be able to get him something he loves (unlike the set flavours in supermarket cat food boxes!)

I really thought this would be another one that they’re not interested in, with meal after meal being thrown away, but I’m SO glad I decided to give it a go and I don’t think we will be looking back! COOL CAT CLUB IS THE WAY TO GO!!

Easy to do and set up and my cats love the food. Untamed wanted 184 a month for 3 cats to have 1 tin each a day where as these guys are 65 massive difference and the meat and whats in it is just as good! Very happy with the service and the hand written note in our first box was a lovely extra as well as free samples.

UPDATE: Absolutely amazing company! They accommodated my delivery requests as I am disabled and can't carry the packages inside. We got two more orders in for now to test, but so far I'd say my cat liked 80% of the foods. Can't wait for them to make kibbles and other treats!!

Original review: Just received the sample package today and my cat devoured 3 different foods. I'm over the moon! The products containing at least 50% meat. First it looks expensive but if I think about how much food I've been wasting, hopefully Chucky's going to stick to these because it's also good for him. He'll still get some treats he likes occasionally 🤫 But I got so excited I already ordered the full monthly box.
I absolutely love that you can personalize the pack, foods are well packed, easy to open. I have a chronic illness that affects on my bone and was concerned about the packaging but even with the splints on my hands I've managed.
The only thing is; there is no option to add food sensitivity/allergy. And some of the fish products containing chicken. Also tracking the order is a bit difficult when they're using Amazon shipping.
I'll come back to update this review after a while. But so far we are happy

Honestly, this company is so lovely and personable. And a massive bonus is that my cats all adore the food, moreso than they did 'untamed' , which are also good, but the cool cat club is cheaper and my cats prefer it! I did both companies trials at the same time and cool cats club came out superior. Definitely give them a go, so worth every penny!

I love the concept behind Cool Cat Club, donating to cats in need with every purchase is genuinely lovely, and the team seems to actually care about animal wellbeing.

My cats don’t love every product, but the Chicken Jelly complementary food and especially the Chicken Smoooth Pate are absolute favourites in this house. If your cat loves Pate you need to try theirs.

We use another brand alongside it for different textures and flavours, but Cool Cat Club is still a regular part of my cats’ diet and we’ve had no issues at all.

They’ve also occasionally added extra food into our orders, which is always appreciated and a really nice touch.

We previously tried the fillet range too, personally I found it a little watery, but still clearly good quality food. I think it also depends on your cat and what textures or flavors they prefer and CCC seems to have it all. Some of their products seem to contain some fillers though so I’d stick with the fillet gravy/jelly or smoooth options.

Overall, a genuinely positive experience with a company that seems to care about both cats and customers.

Initially ordered a taster box but someone in my building stole it ant thankfully CCC were great in sending me a replacement. Delivery was super quick and the little hand written note inside personalised for each cat is a nice touch. My cat isn't particularly fussy but there is certain types he won't have and he will just lick the jelly or gravy so we know not to order those specific ones. We've ordered a month's box and so far so good, the quality is great and it's nice being able to choose what to order and what we don't want so that way every meal he's happy.

Possibly changing the dry food to CCC too and then getting everything from here. My cat couldn't get enough of the duck dry food when we let him try a few pieces he was fighting to try and get into the box.

I look forward to my cat trying some other flavours and seeing what else this company has in store going forward.

I believe Cool Cat Club saved my cat's life. I have a 21 year old cat who suddenly started being sick every time she ate her usual supermarket food. She was listless and started crying a lot.
The Vets, after various tests, could find nothing wrong, but her weight dropped alarmingly and she was so very sick we were discussing end of life care.
A friend suggested that older cats in particular can't stomach food with grains etc so after a lot of research I tried her on Cool Cat and the change in her was dramatic and instant.
She loves the chicken pouches which are apparently designed to resemble supermarket food in texture, but contain much more protein and less rubbish.
My cat is now 6lbs, as she is not being sick after every meal. She is back to playing out every day and her coat is shiny. She is bright, purring and talking - not crying.
The customer care at Cool Cat is second to none and Catherine not only answers emails immediately but actions them as well so I was able to change my order, payments and delivery dates several times with ease, thanks to her quick and professional response.
Paul rang to check I was happy with the service and took time to listen. He courteously answered my queries and was very interesting re the ethos etc of the Cool Cat Club.
Deliveries are actioned speedily, even when I changed things around at very short notice.
I hope this firm manages to keep the feeling of a family type service and the great healthy food they currently provide as I think they have created something very special in the market.
Obviously I am also very grateful indeed that my cat got well after moving onto their products.

We tried the taster box and my boys seemed to really like everything so now we've gone for the full subscription. The variety of food is great so they don't get bored of the same thing and the hand written notes are lovely too!

I've ordered this as a different type of meals for my older cats age 11+ and seems they are enjoying it so far. It's early days but the cats likes the meals, the delivery was very quick, no issues so far...

Great response times via email and very personable. Helped us put together a gwat box for our kitten Jeff, who is unfortunately going through a super fussy stage. He's enjoying the fish varieties but the heat thing about cool cat club is that you can tailor your subscription to what your cat likes and as they're tastes change you can alter the subscription box too. Our kitten loved chicken at one point but now is off of that and seems to enjoy fish more so we will be altering his box to match it. No other company has such variety and ability to tailor your box as much as cool cat club. Delivery took a few days but then again, we are on an outer island so to be expected. Gwat value for money too, they get all the health benefits minus the massive price tag.

Signing up was a doddle and the food itself looks great quality. Certainly goes down a treat with our new Kitten, almost inhales it whenever its put in front of him. Delivery comes through Amazon and had no issues whatsoever. All around a brilliant choice for your kitten/cat.

We give her half a Cool Cat Club tin and half her usual sachet to keep the cost down as it IS expensive but good quality.
