The idea of switching my boys food felt very overwhelming when considering the nutrition, the flavours and if they would like it. The Cool Cat Club made it so easy, their website is clear and fuss free to browse the flavours and request a trial box. Pedro and Cosmo are enjoying the new flavours and altering their choices to match their personal preferences is so easy! They even have more trial samples so we dont end up with a subscription of food which they wont eat. Delivery was fast and efficient (more so then me and where I would store all their new goodies) and so far so good!

you can tell the food is high quality by looking at it -

unfortunately my 18 yr cat is very finicky and after the initial enthusiasm - his interest waned.

the pricing structure is confusing -
i do think half size sachets would be helpful for older cats - that eat little and often...

continuous research and improvement needed with additions such as pumpkin options - which i believe they are doing -

a small minimum order - to allow for longer trial period would help too

and a licky treat - which is very important for trying to get medication / natural remedies into cats with health / ageing health issues

Excellent after sales service for an error that was made by myself ! But the most important thing is my two young kittens absolutely love the food the tuna in particular !! Thanks for your help again.

Just had a trial box of cat food from here, was really good.. lots of variety, the food is high protein & good for your cat. My 5 cats loved the tinned food which was chicken breast in sauce & fish in sauces however all disliked the food in pouches both the chunks & pate which just looks like regular brown cat food but obviously nutrious. I haven't subscribed as its too costly but id advised all to try & the trial box is excellent value.

Lots of fish recipes - for a cat that only likes fish. To get a delivery is really easy and to delay a delivery is just as easy.

Absolutely amazing company. Customer service are so responsive in addressing any issues like when I forget to order and need it yesterday! They are so friendly approachable and accommodating without being judgmental. Website is do easy to use/ change products or delivery dates. They also offer samples every delivery.

How good is it that a company finally produces quality high meat content, filler, additive & grain free products?

Not like the rubbish supermarket stocked named brand products we all know with 4% unregistered meat content, racked high with allergic additives.

For decades I've had cats prematurely die & get ill - it's from poor food. Inflammatory Bowel Disease, going blind, diarrhea that never goes, kidney disease, allergic reactions, you name it. They have cried out for high meat content products without the allergic culprits like soy, grain & carageenan gum.

I not make that mistake again.

How good they now do a 'Tasty Chunks' range for cats that have been so used to that style before?

I signed up for a subscription for my autistic friend’s cat, who sadly passed away in November 2024. I emailed The Cool Cat Club on 25 November 2024 to cancel the subscription, but they continued charging my card for 15 months: without warning, without receipts, and without my consent.
Here’s what they did wrong:
Ignored my cancellation request - they claim they “never received it,” yet I have proof in writing that I cancelled. Of course, they ignored my presentation of the cancellation request and went with the simple "never received it" convenient narrative.
Never notified the payer - as the cardholder, I should have been warned before every single payment. Instead, they hid behind emails sent only to my friend (who is autistic and unable to check them). This is not just bad practice - it’s a breach of basic consumer rights.
Accused me of fraud when I asked for a refund, even though the goods were donated unused to charity. This is slanderous and disgraceful.
Refused to refund unauthorized charges, forcing me to escalate to my bank and Trading Standards.
Remember the old saying: “You only show your true skills when there’s a problem.” Well, The Cool Cat Club has shown theirs: deception, incompetence, and zero empathy.
They failed to accommodate a vulnerable customer (my autistic friend).
They ignored the mismatch between payer and recipient details (a red flag any decent company would notice).
They doubled down on their mistakes instead of fixing them.
Avoid this company at all costs. If something goes wrong, they’ll blame you, ignore you, and leave you fighting for your money back. I’ve now filed a Section 75 claim with my bank and reported them to Trading Standards. Save yourself the hassle - go elsewhere.

The company have great customer service skills. I had an issue with my order where I couldn't find something and they were friendly and very helpful providing a screen shot so I can find it. My new kitten is thriving on the food. I love the flavour savour so you can keep track of what food your cat enjoys. Orders arrive quickly and love the personalised handwritten note for my own cool cat!

Great website and help support. Our order can quickly and we loved the cute packaging with the cat yoga! Most importantly our 2 kittens love the food. Our fussy kitten who was a little under weight to his sister has been wolfing down the fish flavoured cans and two weeks in we have seen much needed weight gain for him.
The fish cans have chunks of fish in them and mash down easily for the kittens. Being kittens they both have sensitive little tums, but switching to CCC didn’t upset either of them and we have noticed their poops are better for eating this. Only downside is that it’s expensive and my greedy kittens are eating 1-2 pouches and 1-2 cans each per day at the moment but that may settle down as they’re growing really fast!

As a first time cat mum I did my research on cat food and wanted to feed the best to my fur baby. Found The Cool Cat Club and I'm never changing.

Trial box was a game changer (we tried many brands) but this one was the one he liked the most and it's very convenient for me on prices and delivery.

I have recently adopted a 10 year old cat. He has been quite fussy as I tried to find a good quality food that he liked. I wanted to make sure that it was a “complete”, rather than “complimentary” food. I tried the trial selection, and he absolutely adored the tuna flavour and the dry food - he also enjoyed the other flavours (but adored the tuna). I have now subscribed, and it makes me so happy to see his bowl licked clean.

I have tried many subscription foods, but this is my far the best. The subscriptions are so easy to adapt with such a huge variety.
I have 8 indoor Ragdolls, so its been hard finding food they all enjoy. But with Cool Cat Club, they clear their bowls.
I will now be feeding only cool cat club wet, alongside raw.
